I just went through the drive-thru and got cold fries that I ate and it ended up throwing up all of it about an hour later as well as my dog that ate the fries I'm pretty sure that we got food poisoning and this is the second time

Likely the worst McDonald’s in all of Springfield. Extremely slow drive thru, horrible order accuracy, can’t even get extra ice in a drink order. Soda mix is syrup heavy, always understaffed with the most apathetic workers imaginable. I realize it’s fast food but the bar is abysmally low here. All this for hiked up prices for less quality.

No matter what I do every time I go here they never get my order right. Make sure you check your bag before you leave the parking lot because 90% of the time you're missing your nuggets or another sandwich

This location is great! The owner honors veterans. Most restaurants only give a 10% discounts IF they honor veterans at all. But this McDonald's gives a 30% discount to Veterans. Whether dining in or going through the drive-thru, 30% discount. I always get great friendly service at this McDonald's.

Wow, service here in the morning is pretty slow. Stood there for awhile before we gave up and ordered on the kiosk. Hashbrowns were good and hot but the burrito was hard.

I have been going to this McDonald's since I was 9 years old. I even worked there for a short period when I was 16. Soooo long ago. The Republic McDonald's was horrible for a very long time but within the last 5 years I'd say they have really stepped up their game. Their customer service has improved drastically. Their food quality is also way better. And the atmosphere is chill and relaxed, instead of high stress levels from customers and workers, screaming and yelling from back of house and it has been a long time since I have seen a customer have any issues with an employee. I'm not up there 24/7 but we do eat McDonald's quite a bit (more than we should for sure). In the Republic Springfield and surrounding areas I think the d Republic McDonald's is in the top five if not the top three.
