McDonald's isn't known for the best food, it's supposed to be fast food. Ordered through the app, waited 20 minutes, came inside and nobody is making the counter for a combined 35 minutes.

We arrived at 3:20 having put the order in ten minutes before that. We did not leave the drive thru until 4:10. We had not moved past the speakers to give our order info until 3:45. The only reason we did not cancel and leave, was because we had already confirmed the order and the app wouldn't let us.
We get to the first window and confirm our order with our name and get our receipt at 3:50. By the time we get to the second window at 3:58 they try to give us someone elses food. We then confirmed our mobile order under our name to 3 different people all who look confused, the first two trying to give us two different other orders. The third, a manager, we hear yell out to MAKE OUR FOOD, as apparently they have marked the order completed and after near an hour havent even made it. They then make us pull forward to wait more for our food. Which was 2 items. At no point did we get an apology, any extra food for the wait, but we didnt even get our full order as the whole point was to get the pickle salt for my wifes fries and they didnt even provide that!
This is not the first abysmal long wait from not just this location, but a few in town, to the point Im done with McDonalds for the forseeable future. Made worse by the fact I tried to submit this to their contact us in the app and both times it refused and timed out.

Website states that they are open until 1am. I drive by, there’s employee cars on the lot and cars in the drive thru. I pull up to the speaker and an automated message comes on saying “We are currently closed. Please come back during our regular business hours”. I worked fast food for a long time, I understand not wanting to make orders close to closing time. I would understand more so if the closing time was midnight but it was an hour and 15 minutes before posted closing time.

Worst McDonald's ever. Not only did I have to wait over 20 minutes for an order I did through the app but the food was horrible. My chicken nuggets were undercooked. Fries were half full and the operation was a disaster. Cars were everywhere. This location needs help. I wish I could get my money back.

I placed my order online on 11/27/25 yes Thanksgiving. When I arrived to pick up my food I waited 10 to 15 minutes at the drive thru window. A voice came on and said,can I help you? I said I was there to pick up my online order. Then nothing! Waited 10 more minutes at the drive thru window . Nobody ever came. No closed signs anywhere! There were people waiting in line before me and people behind me. I could not leave until they left. Then I went over to another McDonald's also not opened. I tried to call customer service but they too were closed. Unbelievable! No refund given had to call the bank but also not opened! I'm not angry because they were closed I am angry because they did not have signs of saying so and they took my order and money no problem.

I have been sitting for 25 minutes waiting to get my food. This is slower service than a sit down Mexican restaurant.

I often times slide in for a quick bite, and get a $5 bag, usually it's not made how I order it, which is no ketchup, no mustard with LIGHT mayonnaise, nobody understands "LIGHT"
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm disabled, don't have a wheelchair, and can barely hobble myself up the hills to the buildings, then the doors are heavy.
