I’m genuinely impressed with how slow this service is. The first time I went through the drive thru, and nobody answered the intercom for 6 minutes. I gave up and drove forward to the 1st window. Same issue. 2nd window I explained that all I wanted was a drink and they gave it to me for free but it still took over 12 minutes. The second time I went, I got a large soda, and a mcchicken. Very simple order. I did curbside, and it took 25 minutes. Incredible. The drink was half full and the mcchicken was plain. I ordered it normal. Very disappointing. I will not be eating here ever again.

Food was real messy, my sandwich was squashed. Look like somebody punched it. My grandmother's sandwich didn't even have the sauce an overcooked chicken. At least a french fries was hot. My receipt I got was covered in pop.

Place was freezing. Took forever. We dined in, so got the little number thing for our table. Supposed to deliver to the table and instead called out our table number. Why do I subject myself to this?

Got a double quarter pounder only mayonnaise. It was swimming in mayo the bun was sliding off with every bite. It was good but need to remember to tell them eazy on the mayo

Employees were extremely rude. We waited for our food and the red headed man that brought it to us, stopped got on his phone and just stood there for a bit. Called to get the manager or to speak to someone over the store and whoever answered wouldn't give them the phone or a number to reach someone.

It'll still taste good but I ordered this Mocha Frappe with caramel and oreos. I've worked at McDonald's before and I've gotta say this was made very poorly. It's not blended at all, all the syrup was at the bottom of my cup. You guys need to step up your training or something.
They do not bring the food to the table like the card says, they put all meals in a bag even if dinning in and if and when they get your order wrong they do not want to make it right.

Only taking exact change due to the fact, they didn’t plan ahead. That’s a pretty irresponsible business. I’ll also mention my food was cold.

Very dirty inside one elderly lady cleaning while another lady just standing there. Ask But the bathrooms dirty, service not good. My coffee good But took a while

It's McDonald's yo. Come here if you want to get McDonald's food. It's terribly understaffed but I mean like that's how they roll now

Its McDonald's so you get what you get. But when the staff argues with you about what you ordered and are holding the receipt in your hand it's time to either pick a different McDonald's or just go somewhere else entirely.

They just told me a 45 minute wait at the drive thru and said it would maybe be quicker to go inside and order, and then couldn’t order inside because everyone wants a refund. And everyone inside yelling at each other, poorly staffed and stressed workers, poor managers, and poor owner. 10/27/25
