I would absolutely give a negative review if I could, this was single-handedly the worst experience I have had with McDonald's. I did an online order and delivery and it was completely delivered to the wrong address picture included and I still couldn't get either a full refund or the order remade!

A Solid McDonald’s Experience
Recently, I visited my local McDonald’s, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience overall. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and welcoming, with friendly staff greeting me upon entry. The ordering process was seamless, thanks to the self-service kiosks that made customizing my meal quick and easy.
I opted for a classic Big Mac meal with a side of Chicken McNuggets. The food was served fresh and hot, which is always a plus. The Big Mac was exactly as expected – flavorful and satisfying, with just the right balance of beef patties, crisp lettuce, tangy special sauce, and a soft sesame seed bun. The fries were perfectly golden, crispy, and salted to perfection, while the nuggets were tender with a nice crunch.
The dining area was tidy, with staff regularly cleaning tables and ensuring a pleasant environment. My order was delivered promptly, even though the restaurant was moderately busy.
Overall, McDonald’s delivered what it’s known for: consistency, convenience, and comfort food that hits the spot. While it’s not gourmet, it’s exactly what you’d hope for when craving a fast-food fix. I left satisfied, and I’d happily return for another quick and tasty meal.

They hit the McDonald's standard dead on at this location. Burnt coffee w/ a hint of coffee grounds vigorously spread around the bottom of your cup, burnt cookies, cold and limp fries, burger patties that sit so long they're dry and become reminiscent of the "burgers" given out by elementary schools. Overall the staff seems nice, but serving food is not their forte.

Worst service. Two complaints and ordered them using mobile apps. First, ordered a drink and it took 20 minutes to get it. Second, gave one more chance and went to the place. Ordered two meals that came with chicken nuggets. Ordered the sources for the nuggets. They didn’t put the sources or any napkins.
Partially my fault because I should have checked to make sure everything was there before I left the place…
Anyway, these happen with the same person that brings the order.
I will not go to that location anymore.

Service is very slow, they didn't really seem like they were in any hurry to take care of the customers when they came to the counter and it wasn't very clean store

Listen I’ve been in closing shift before it sucks making things cook to order I just got off work at 10 about to work at 10 tomorrow and order a fish filet and don’t even steam the bun. Then I’m like that’s not to bad maybe you forgot go to reach for my nuggets and it’s like you threw them in the bag weren’t even in the container they were still fire though. I can see why you’re in 7th place for wait times. I work in a time based work place I get the stress but plz steam the bun and have service to the customer I appreciate you guys and know your better also turn on your sign you haven’t closed yet
