We ordered two separate orders and that completely messed up the whole operation. We got sent to the second window then waited for 40 minutes for some cookies, 4 mcchickens and fry. That’s it. I know I eat to much I know. But it’s like they forgot about my order. 40 minutes…. I feel so dumb for staying at McDonalds drive through that long in the first place.
I decided to go into the store. Then luckily I’m a chill guy and had a chill and used to work in food service so I know what it’s like to be on the other end.. Well this guy really pissed me off with his comment. I get if you don’t enjoy working at McDonald’s or if it’s been a long day but that is no excuse to be rude to your customers. “You couldn’t have said that the first time?” Like I’m a dumb person. As a business owner This is rude to say to a customer. Like buddy, I showed you the receipt and it’s free fry Friday. put the fries in the bag man I’ve waited 40+ minutes to get this order. I won’t be going there anytime soon.

Parking: The curbside location is extremely dangerous, as traffic entering from the main road drives in quickly, and almost every time i go to back out i almost get hit.

Customer service is so helpful that you might as well make your own stuff at home, no matter what the customer asked, the only answer was it will be uo momentarily, killing us with a smile doesn't help on how rude customer service is, and I'm adding the fact the person with the piercings that's so slow packing the orders has now stopped to hold a tea cup for at least a minute to watch another work. There is no service for the front end. I'm doing a $2 door dash order waiting over 10 minutes, this is amazing

The closing manager was on 12/10/2024 shut off the speaker as soon as I pulled up before they were supposed to be closed and refused to give me my order saying they didn’t have any more food anyway after I pulled up to the window. They need to replace her with somebody who wants to work and have good customer service.

Ok the food here is good and cheap. The mystery meat nuggets are my favorite and the fries are just mid. The service is always trash, but it’s just something you have to put up with in this world.

I am never the type to leave reviews but i have had multiple terrible experiences at this location, and after reading the other reviews i see this is not an isolated incident. Olivia, the night manager has been rude, slammed the window in my face, and every time she is there it seems that nobody knows what they are doing. I am also a manager at a fast food chain and understand things can get out of control, but this is ridiculous. Do better.

One of the worst McDonald’s in Springfield, waited 15 min in the drive through spot, was told to wait longer because they were about to bring out my food, then waited 15 more minutes before I went in and found out they never even started making it, bruh. seems to be incredibly mismanaged, there were four other cars that came and left after we all waited and got nothing. Do better
