Wow... I was not expecting this. It's been a while since I had some good catfish. I knew once there was a little wait on my food it was going to be good. This is not fast food. Even the fries were good. Flavorful food, great service, and I'm ready to try other menu options. Please try them out!! Thank

Some young nice kids were running the store that made the experience nice. A long wait but Got the 3 piece chicken with two sides. Tried my friend's fries and they were good! The chicken was INSANELY juicy and filling. The sweet potatos were THE BEST!!!!! I was very mad it was a very small portion but its solid gold on a plate so I understand. The cornbread was the disappointing part of the meal. Just extremely dry and I did not want to finish it. Would not recommend as a side. Very good expereince other wise

I reaaly wanted to like this place after reading the reviews. First they advertized they opened at 11am on Sunday. On this particular day they opened a little after 12. Just after we arrived, they showed up and opened the door as we were in the parking lot thinking of going elsewhere. We went in and ordered a couple cheese steaks. A few other customers came in right after that. The restaurant wasn't really clean. The floors were still dirty from the previous day as well as some of the tables. It took about 30 min for our cheese steaks and fries to be delivered. What a dissapointment. The meat was left on the grill too long on one side and was burnt black. It was supposed to come with onions, peppers, and mushrooms, but both of our cheese steaks didn't have any. The fries were good, but could of used a couple more minutes in the fryer. All in all a bad experience and we shall not be back.

Yes, the chicken was great. All the other foods were okay: mashed potatoes and gravy, cabbage, sweet potatoes and cornbread.Service was non-existent. No smiles, no checking in on us, long wait, dirty tables and sticky floors, only a few other customers that evening. Disappointing for a business.
My smothered liver had a strong vinegar taste, the fried cabbage was not fried, corn was severely overcooked. Meatloaf was dry. We gave up on trying to finish the meal..
