EDIT: the OWNER and a MANAGER were the ones i dealt with. The manager first said she would refund our entrees in 2 separate checks then she left for almost 10 minutes and when she returned she said all they could off was a 5% refund and handed each of us a 1$ bill. Absolutely LAUGHABLE and DISGUSTING. The "apology" below is laughable as wellFood was TERRIBLE. service was TERRIBLE. absolutely NO customer service what so ever. Owner REFUSED to do anything about the horrible service and food we had.

Great food and service! I sampled the Jalapeño bomb, Avocado bomb, Crab rangoon, The fire 3 roll, the Alaska roll with Jalapeño, and a seaweed salad to top it off! All delicious! All of the dishes left me satisfied. Ask for the Avocado Wasabi sauce! The perfect blend of spicy and sweet! Our waiter, Dustin, is always personable and attentive, making sure our needs were met. I recommend this place for anyone looking for good sushi in Springfield!

Food was trash!Service was trash!We asked for a refund and they said they would but then didn’t give me one.! Then said all they could do was 5% off of a 40 dollar bill. Manger and owner came back with a dollar for the refund! Also said you already paid so you can’t get a refund!I’m disputing this with my bank!Never will be back!

Absolutely love eating here :) The sushi is great, the appetizers are fun and every once in a while chef Tommie will make some tuna collar. It was Devine!!!!!! Thank you team for such a great atmosphere and excellent food. A fun place for local chefs to grab a bite.

The food and prices are good but I wouldn’t go here unless you want to spend over 20 minutes waiting for a water and over an hour for your food. We went in on a weeknight around 6 and there were maybe 6 other tables. The table that came in behind us and were seated after us were somehow served before us. Got their food about 15 minutes before us. The waiter tried to make jokes about how long we’d been waiting for our food but it wasn’t well accepted since there was no apology or even acknowledgement that we were being extremely inconvenienced. Honestly just a poor experience with the service.
Momos has become our regular place. My daughter even requested we go here tonight for her Birthday dinner. She loves the Piano roll and the the tempura California and Philadelphia.
