Nearly famous is generous for what is mediocre at best. I had better club sandwiches at mcalisters for a better price. I'm not sure who thinks chilli is a soup but they are very wrong.
I loved the personal atmosphere here and unique sandwiches and soup. Reasonably priced and delicious!

How I’ve never been to this gem of a place after living in Springfield for over 10 years, I’ll never know. Maybe I caught it on a great day, I don’t know, but it was the best experience I’ve had dining out in years. The hostess was very polite and accommodating (and I later found out she was the owner). I sat at the bar and the waitress/bartender found out it was my first time and recommended the pear sandwich. Yea, that’s right pears, on a sandwich. I was skeptical...
