Another dreary day. But a good soup day. My wife searched and located a local place, Neighbor’s Mill for a cup of soup. This place is reminiscent of Panera. We ordered at a counter (loaded by the way with tons of wonderful looking breads and pastries). The seating area is open with booths along the walls and tables in the middle. I stopped by to get a loaf of bread. I had soup in a bread bowl that was delicious. Their system is smooth and works well. There was a line that moved quickly and my order was brought to me in just a few minutes.
