The chicken is always good but my problem is they flood it in vegetables, you are lucky if you get about 4 pieces of chicken. Not the best customer service either

I’m almost certain that the “chicken” they tried to serve us was rat or alley cat. It did not look like or taste like chicken. The water is served in a white paper cup, the utensils are unwrapped plastic utensils sitting on the table. The bathroom smells like urine. Definitely will not be eating here again

Having never tried cashew chicken, i was anxious to try it from New China. Omg was i disappointed! I found 2 halves of a cashew in my entire meal, which included absolutely NO FLAVOR. I don't know if this was authentic cashew chicken but this dish was awful. Maybe other dishes from here might be better, but stay away from the cashew chicken!

As a professional reviewer who values excellence, I believe in giving honest and thoughtful feedback—especially when it has the potential to help a business grow and better serve its customers.
That said, my experience here left me underwhelmed.
While it’s clear that this establishment is focused on running their business, I couldn’t help but feel like just another number. There was a lack of warmth, connection, and hospitality—things that truly distinguish great service from average. The food itself was mediocre, with nothing particularly distinctive or memorable about it. In today’s competitive market, bland and forgettable just isn’t enough.
On a positive note, their pricing is reasonable, which might appeal to budget-conscious customers. But value isn’t just about price—it’s also about experience, flavor, and the feeling a customer walks away with.
This isn’t just about my experience—it’s about how many others may feel too. I hope the owners take this review seriously and use it as constructive input to improve not only their food, but also how they make people feel. A little intentionality goes a long way.
I’ll be watching to see how things evolve—and so will my followers.

This place has changed over time. I ordered $70 worth of dry food from here tonight. The orange chicken was disgusting and the lemon chicken didn’t have any sauce on it, only lemon slices over dry ass chicken nuggets. This has been the worse experience and I used to frequent this place all the time, but tonight changed everything and I will never return.

Absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served hot. My go-to is the orange chicken with fried rice — crispy, tangy, and just the right amount of spice. Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and quick, even during busy lunch hours. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s consistently great. Highly recommend if you’re craving tasty, fast Chinese food for New China!
