Night shift is terrible especially on Sunday when there is no manager. 4 people standing out talking by a table one person working no one answers phone to place a order so had to come in and eat a cold sandwich because no one would answer to place a order and with 30 minutes for lunch it takes that long to make food if ordered or longer so can't come in and order on lunch and left with cold food out of cold box which also was not stocked so my options was to pick the last 2 day old sandwich left or not eat. I just love it.

Food quality was always subpar, but it's gotten so bad. If the food isn't undercooked, it's overcooked. I really wish prime would find a different company for the cafeteria. It's really not even a perk of the terminals anymore for me, I'd rather get McDonald's than their greasy low quality food at high prices.

Pleeeeeeease bring back the staff from 1-2 years ago. Quality has gone so far downhill in the past 6 months. Truck stop pizza is a safer bet than here nowadays.

It's at a Prime facility guys, so just a heads up. I looked up the closest places near me. Made the mistake of making a phone order to just to find out it was at Prime.So I still gave a three because the lady taking the order was kind and helpful.

Don’t and I repeat Don’t use the ATM here it is good at eating cards and bank that owns atm refuses to do anything about it so u will have to dispute at your bank

Very good place to eat... Prices are great but make sure you get a receipt.. they charged me 28.26 and should of been 21.50. That's it.. just get a receipt
