Usually I don’t feel as welcomed there, but today I feel like the service was exceptional and she should be applauded for fantastic customer service. The cakes are always good, so 5 stars there.

Not only are the cakes delicious, but the owners and all of the employees are extremely kind and generous! I ordered and paid for a cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday, which fell on Thanksgiving. Well, I got so busy cooking and cleaning, I forgot to pick it up. I was so upset and felt horrible, worried no one would even be available if I emailed. I think it was the store owner that did, and was so kind to meet me at 7 am to pick it up Thanksgiving morning!!!! I can’t praise...
