Haven was especially rude and curt with everyone at the front door. It mentioned our table was ready and she barked at us to wait and she’d call our name. Obviously the online reservation system DOESNT work and Haven is in the WRONG job.

I recently dined at Olive Garden and had a fantastic experience. Our server, Noe W., provided outstanding service—he was professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. He truly deserves a bonus for his excellent manners and dedication.

The food was great, especially the Chicken Alfredo, which was creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned. The Seafood Alfredo was also a standout, with a generous portion of shrimp and scallops in a smooth, flavorful sauce. The Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara had the perfect balance of smoky bacon, tender chicken, and shrimp in a delicious, cheesy sauce. Every dish was fresh, hot, and well-prepared.

The only downside is the prices, which I personally find too high. However, I understand that inflation has affected everything. Hopefully, they’ll come down in the future.

I really hope that management sees this and rewards Noe W. with a raise or a special bonus. His service truly made the experience exceptional, and he deserves to be recognized for it.

I'll start with the positives. The waitress was very friendly and checked on our drinks often. Overall, the customer service was great. We made an online reservation ahead of time, so even though it was dinner hour, we hardly had to wait at all.
Now to the cons. I hadn't been here in years, but my husband and I went here for dinner recently and it was $54 for the tw dishes of gross pasta. I am not a picky eater at all and usually love Italian food. He got the chicken Alfredo and I got ravioli. The noodles for both of us were undercooked and very chewy. The chicken in his dish seemed like pre-made Tyson chicken reheated and tossed on the dish. His "alfredo" sauce was bland and so skimpy that it didn't cover all his noodles. My "meat sauce" over my ravioli had maybe 5 little pea size bits if meat (no seriously - I had to look really hard to find the meat). The cheese in my ravioli was very liquidy and bland. The bread sticks tasted more like bland pretzel bread dipped in oil. I am an average cook, but the chicken Alfredo and ravioli I make at home from a pinterest recipe costs less than $10 for 4 servings and tastes wayyyy better than what we got at Olive Garden. Seriously guys, if you are going to pay $20 for a dish, don't waste your time and money here. You can go to Fazoli's and get the same quality as Olive Garden for cheaper. But if you want GOOD sit-down Italian, go to a local Italian restaurant and you will pay 3/4 the price and eat something you can't make nearly as good at home. Olive Garden can charge this much because of the fame of the name, but it is CERTAINLY not because of the quality.

We had Jared D as our waiter and he was AMAZING my husband and I went for Valentine’s Day and I don’t think we have ever had a better waiter anywhere! He was quick and fast even though he was so busy our drinks never went empty we got Alfredo sauce and he never let us get to the bottom before he would get us a new one! Would recommend him! Jared is definitely a keeper!!! Great job!

Haven't been in years.
They don't take reservations. Respectfully, I still called in early afternoon about a big group. Didn't help. Better flow could be had.
The wait staff was great and attentive!
Yet the food is the whole point, as whole everything is just OK. The chicken and shrimp carbonara left 2 of us with a very unpleasant stomach before we even left. The spinach artichoke dip was OK, the little rock hard tiny bread things, no thanks. Beef ravioli app was good. Salad was the best thing I had. My bill of $170 before tip, 2 apps 6 meals, no adult drinks. There are many better options around.

I just moved to springfield and this is the worst Olive garden I have ever been to in my life. We started out waiting about 5 minutes for our server to introduce herself and then we ordered drinks and an unlimited alfredo bowl for the bread sticks. Keep that word in mind UNLIMITED. We then waited 15 minutes for the drinks and then another 15 minutes for the salad and the bread to which we had to ask now 30 minutes in “where’s the alfredo bowl” she claimed she had it with her and she would be right back. It was then another 25 minutes before it got out. So we are now an hour in and we haven’t gotten a refill on any drinks and all of the plates for our appetizers whether it was the soup or the alfredo bowl came out so hot that it burned to the touch due to being under the heat lamp. We then ate the alfredo and the bread and asked for more. The next bowl of alfredo was so hot and left under the lamp for so long it started to create a film on top. We have now been here for over an hour and a half and still no food or refills. Our food finally came and it was completely dry due to being under the lamp and we called for the manager and he claimed to comp the whole meal. We then ask for boxes so we could take out crusty noodles and cheese home and he said okay i’ll be back. We then watched the kiosk light up and the manager had the audacity to come back with a full bill and said we had to pay because we were taking it home. We then pushed the bowls aside and said nope we’re good then. He then said you sure? and we said yes instantly. We then checked the kiosk and the server originally double rang us for drinks and the UNLIMITED alfredo sauce that we only got once. On top of all of this the table next to us had the same problems and spoke to the manager regarding the same things. This is clearly a reoccurring issue. This is the worst place in springfield for food but the best if you want to waste two hours of your life! also the server lied to us multiple times in regards to what she was doing. She told us it took 30+ minutes per refill becuase she was scraping the ice from the bottom! it’s absolutely hysterical.
