Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our waitress was phenomenal!!! The food is always great at any location but the waitress made the crowded atmosphere amazing.

There was a large party there at the same time we were. First, we were asked if we'd rather do takeout. We didn't come for takeout, we came for a sit down meal. The wait time wasn't long, but after we ordered we waited and waited. After at least 45 minutes, I asked when my food would be ready. It was brought soon after by some one other than our waitress. My husband received his second bowl of soup at the same time. The soup was cold. He received another bowl that was warm from the same person not our waitress. We did not feel like valued customers. We seldom eat out and would have liked to have a different experience than we had. The large party complicated things, but that is no excuse for making us feel so forgotten. We were not given updates on our food, we were checked on only sparingly. This is not an experience I want to repeat. We have always liked Olive Garden, so this experience is unfortunate. Please do better!

We had a big party and 2 wait staff. It was wonderful. They were so attentive and joyful. Efficient with consistent salads and breadsticks. Our food was nice and hot and very tasty.

We had a great experience. This is the newest Olive Garden in our area. Food was great. Ashton was our server. He did a great job and was very attentive!! Highly recommend!

Food was delicious, atmosphere was great and modern, Ashton was a wonderful server that was very attentive and very helpful and friendly throughout our entire meal. Definitely want to come back in be with Ashton.
