This is the best bubble tea place in Springfield! And now they have two locations! I have been a customer since they first opened and the consistency of delicious drinks paired with the quality of the tea and ingredients is unmatched by other boba places in the city. The staff is always nice, and the owner is so kind. You can choose anything from the menu and it will be yummy!

My favorite boba place in the area! I only ever go to this spot now. Highly recommend the black milk tea boba with brown sugar as the sugar and black pearl boba. The best!!!

We were there with our Senior Saints group. We had coffee, danish, and delicious muffins to eat during our meeting. I would be interested in returning there with my husband to explore what else they offer to eat.

Great staff and fun boba, less Americanized. Most flexibility with tea sweetener without losing flavor, super cute cakes and themed souvenirs. I do wish they had popping boba, it's solid and jelly only but their teas and coffees are better than what I've had in every similar store in town.

I don’t know how they manage to do it, but the drinks and treats at society are always head and shoulders above every other Boba shop. And I will be employees are so kind and helpful, especially when researching ingredients for food allergy safety.

The website says the open at 10 am, I waited til about 1030 and no one opened. Very unreliable.

Took 20 minutes for me to get an iced americano and over 30 for my three friends to get their drinks. Drinks were constantly getting mixed up, orders lost, and orders served out of time placed. Many other customers were complaining around us of the long wait time.

I have been visiting this particular boba tea location a lot lately. First of all, their prices for all of their drinks are affordable for all targeted customers. Secondly, it is a suitable place for customers to visit, enjoying a cup of refreshment or pastries they offer up front while enjoying the atmosphere and music the place has to offer.
From my opinion, the tea could be a little bit stronger in order to increase the flavor of the overall taste of milk teas; especially to those who are boba tea lovers.
One of my favorite drinks at Societea is the Bluberry Yogurt smoothie, standard on the sugar, add on jellies. It is great to have on a hot or on a cool day.

Drive a long drive and decided to stop to buy some tea. I got black tea, it’s my favorite. But so a bit disappointed because the cup has a lot of ice. The drink is good so far but just hope they won’t put ice too much in the cup

It's a great place to try some different green and milk teas. A little hard to find unless you park and walk around.
