Moved to Branson in 1994. There were 2 Oscar Smokers in town, just carry-out and bellowing native oak wood. Everybody stopped by weekly to get some ribs to take home.

We came to this restaurant for dinner. we heard about this spot from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. the staff members were so friendly and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

Delicious brisket sandwich for less than $7. Lots of meat! Very modest location inside a grocery store. Go sit in the area by the Starbucks and bar or takeaway.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! Whenever I drive through Springfield and Oscar's Famous Rib's is open, I stop to treat myself to one of their shredded BBQ pork sandwiches. It is the most delicious BBQ sandwich I have ever eaten! I buy the large sandwich and they are always so kind to put some of the meat in a plastic cup so my puppy can also enjoy some of the mouth-watering meat. Because of health reasons and food sensitivities, I actually eat vegan. When driving long distance I find it difficult to find vegan food much less, yummy vegan food. One time, while driving through Springfield I stumbled upon Oscar's Famous Ribs and have been addicted to their BBQ pork sandwich ever since. Their location is convenient; it is only a short distance off of Hwy 65 with their booth just inside the entrance to Price Cutter grocery store. Although I stick with the sandwich, they have a great variety of meat and it all looks delicious. Thanks guys for the delicious BBQ!:)
