I got the alfredo tortellini and the chicken alfredo. Both came with an order of breadsticks. Everything was cold, the chicken alfredo didnt have chicken in it either. I get the food was cheap, but come on now. I won’t be back unfortunately. Atleast the employees were polite.

Past 3 years for Xmas eve. But this year something was off about it. It’s like they rushed through it to make it. The lasagna was very poorly made. Breadsticks were not done. It’s like to much orders and not right staff to make order correct way. But cheesecake was excellent.

Food was definitely not as good as it use to be when someone else owned it....variety tortellini in white sauce has always been my favorite, but it was just not as good. The sauce was very bland and the noodles barely had anything in them. Probably won't be back, unfortunately....

I finally got to have my boyfriend try Ott’s. We both ordered the lasagna with the side salad and breadsticks. We also ordered a piece of the gooey butter cake, and a side of mozzarella sticks. Pasta was hot and great, the side salad was very refreshing. But the breadsticks were just bland bread, it’s good if you dip it into your pasta sauce though. The mozzarella sticks were small but the marinara was alright. The dessert was not so good, the piece of cake we got was a bit dry and hard. Flavor wise it tasted well with the powdered sugar on top, but the texture wasn’t the best. Overall pricing is awesome and you get some pretty decent food with it too. I have no complaints on the service and the items. Just personal preference. I will be eating here again and I recommend it to those who want some delicious pasta.

This was the best meal I didn't know I wanted. I was trying this for the first time and came in 20 minutes for before closing. The only thing left was House Casserole. I would not have ordered that but was told it was their most popular dish. I can see why it is. It was OMG amazing. I could actually taste and see the three cheeses in the sauce. I ate it all and wanted leftovers. So far the best food I had on that block! (Sorry, no pictures I ate it all)

Very sad. Today my salad was large leaves of lettuce with little to none dressing. My lasagna is rubbery and my bread sticks are raw and cold. As I got to eating I had to just throw it away. Bread sticks were hard on the ends at least two inches of it.

Springfield if you aren't eating here and supporting this Jewel you're crazy and I hope they will leave and come to KC! Big portion of super yummy lasagna, soft warm light garlicy bread sticks, and a great salad for 8 bucks! Thats a insane deal! They do great deals for catering as well....Ill be back every time Im in town!

The food, service, and vibe was overall just a 10/10. The two guys that helped us and made our order, Peyton and Braden, were awesome. Would highly recommend Otts Pasta for a fun dinner date place.
