This is a great place for cheap carry out that is actually priced lower compared to others. You get a decent amount of food as well for the price.

While a little slow for service and the food wasn’t right what we did get was still amazing and a great value. Ordered a chicken parm and got a lasagna but it was soooooo good. Raviolis were great. The bread was very good. Will definitely eat there again. Idk if we came on a slow day but I would expect a wait next time. Even with order ahead.

Absolutely terrible!! Worst "pasta" I've ever had! The Fettuccine Alfredo was so bland, the sauce tasted like flour water. The chicken tasted like frozen bagged chicken, unseasoned zero flavor. Bread sticks were doughy and very light as if they weren't baked long enough. And I thought for sure they couldn't mess up the salad, but it's literally lettuce with dressing and parmesan cheese only. We'll never go back!! Not sure how they have such high stars considering everything was terrible..**I did notice that a lot of the good past reviews were old and I'm assuming the company has went to garbage now.

Updated menu and pricing. March 2024Ordered their Fettuccine Alfredo, added chicken. $7.50 alone, $10 with the chicken. The order comes with bread sticks and a side salad.I didn't like any of the food. The pasta dish needed salt, the salad was only lettuce coated in dressing. Dressing wasn't too bad, but became a weird texture when mixed with the sprinkled parmesan cheese. Pasta and sauce needed salt, the chicken was dry and needed spices. Bread sticks could use butter or garlicOverall bland. Not a repeat for me. Reminded me of hospital food

GREAT food, probably my favorite restaurant tbh. the cake thing (forgot what it's called) wasn't great, wasn't soft like it's supposed to be, but the cheesecake and tiramisu was awesome. i really like the salads, the alfredo sauce on my alfredo isn't great cuz they never put enough of it but if you ask for extra you'll be fine.

Super small place, also no dining in. However, the food is good and staff are super friendly! Highly recommend! Very good prices!

They used to have the best variety tortellini with marinara. Now, they have changed the type of tortellini and the salad was very watery like they didn't drain off the water from the lettuce. I also asked for extra parmesan cheese and in days of old I would always get a lot of extra cheese and this time they were very stingy with it. Not as good as it used to be years ago. If I'm not mistaken it's under new ownership too. Still good but not as good as it use to be.

The details are found in the convenience of their offerings. Straightforward, no nonsense, efficient, reasonably priced, PERFECTLY portioned, and a smile to boot. Wait a second, am I back in the early 2000s with this review!? Jokes aside, I live for concepts like this in 2023.My only heads up to non-locals regards the white sauce. If you want it, don't bother with it on the fettuccine alfredo. Choose the tortellini. Their cheese-filled pasta gives their white sauce the note needed to really sing its own story! The small salad & breadsticks are a fantastic inclusion. The dressing is what we tasted to be an Italian Caesar with a small kick to it. It's definitely the type that I love adding into red sauce leftovers for a bit of a flavor bang.Don't change!! Less is more!!

I love eating at Otts! On top of the food, Zachary, Peyton, and Brayden are the some of the kindest guys. Excellent customer service everytime I visit.

Not the usual quality from Otts. Ordered Lasagna and it was less than desirable. The top noodle was so tough and crisp in places that I had to use a steak knife to cut it and then it just sort of tore. I finally gave up on the top layer. Nothing like the lasagna I have had from there in the past. Im surprised they let food of that poor quality out of their store. Also ordered the House Casserole for my coworker and it was as good as usual. I will have to go back to ordering that. If it weren't for the other food being good I would have given only one star.

Went in for spaghetti and they said they didn’t get a shipment in so no spaghetti, which is fine so i stepped back to look at menu while my son ordered to see what i want and then he completely ignored me and told my son his total. So was really disappointed in the service . I have never been treated like that at Otts .
