I’ve been to plenty of Outback Steakhouses, but this one in Springfield, MO, takes the top spot. The service was outstanding, thanks to Ms. Kaarina and Ms. Taylor.

Had a reservation and told the hostess she said it will be just a few minutes. We sat down and waited, and waited for almost a half an hour. I went back to the hostess and she had forgotten us. It was another 5 minutes and much conversations with other employees she gave the menus and to another girl who sat is at our table. The server was amazing, the food was a little to done for our taste. We will return, however, I hope you can tell the staff to be more attention on the customers...

Hour and a half wait to get in. hour and a half to get our food steak was crap. Our server would ask if we needed anything and then wouldn't return would have to ask several times. Messed my order up. Been in the past no issues not sure what happened. Oh and the TV commercial they advertise they do not offer.
