I ordered lunch for our office today at 11am it said it was confirmed and would be delivered by 12:30pm then I called at 1pm and they still hadn’t started our order, we didn’t get our food until 2pm, and it was missing several items, most of the meals looked like they had been dropped on the way to us, and we ordered guacamole and salsa and don’t get one single chip with any order, and didnt put chicken in the chicken quesadilla! The manager told me he would send us a discount for the $130 bill which we never got! Never again!!!! No XOXO for this place!!!!

On my birthday Feb 12, I wanted to get some good chips and salsa and queso and maybe some tacos with a big draft Modelo. So I had been to Oxo on Super Bowl and had a pretty good time. It’s hard to find good Mexican food in Springfield. So I checked online and it said OXO closed at 130am and it was about 1130 pm at the time so my girlfriend and I got ready and drove almost 20 miles up to OXO. I was so hungry and excited to get some good Mexican food. So we get there and the open sign is on and it’s about 12:05 am and we walk in and immediately get an abrupt greeting with Hey!! We are closed for the night! So being really embarrassed and feeling pretty unwanted I started asking questions about the closing time and in fact they didn’t close for almost an hour and a half and there were many people at the bar. But the guy who was yelling at us rushed over and physically started pushing us out and then followed us out the door, slammed it and then jerked his open sign light to off.
As long as people are treated like that we won’t be back and it’s such a shame because it was a place a looked forward to going to.

Great food and a fun change from the standard Tex Mex menus. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious! Great lunch deals and generous good portions. Good spot for a quick lunch during the weekday. Very clean and great atmosphere with good service.

Our first visit to OXO bar and grill was great!! The food was amazing and Victor the owner definitely made it 100% better! Highly recommend and enjoyed everything 😊

First time here and will definitely be back! Food was very tasty and the waitress was as sweet and friendly as could be. Definitely recommend this place.

Chips cooked in bad oil, watery queso, salsa that tasted like jarred picante, over cooked and dry barbacoa, over cooked pork belly and mushy bland al pastor. Guac was bland and we had to add salt and lime. Would not return

The food was pretty good. I enjoy the smaller menu. I am very indecisive with large menus. My burrito was pretty tasty. The beer was cold. The staff was friendly and attentive even though they only had one waiter and maybe 2 cooks on staff at the time. The venue looks nice. Definitely a good place for a concert or other type of live performance. The place has alot of potential for a good time. I would come back for sure

Went in on a Friday night. Hostess was nice and sat down fast. The seating was not very private, big open room seating. Live music was ok but hard to hear. Server was m.i.a. Most of the time. We got queso and the chips didn’t taste good, tasted like the oil was rancid. The drinks were ok. The main course came out and it was cold and didn’t have a lot of flavor. I wanted to like this place but had too many faults.

Went for taco Tuesday. Had a good variety of tacos. All were really fresh. The fish taco was bomb. Food was 10/10. Cool event venue with stage. Bathrooms were spotless! Staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely will be back.

WE WENT IN THERE AND WE'RE NOT GOING BACK EITHER THE FOOD WAS OKAY BUT THE PRICES WAS OUTRAGEOUS SPECIALLY FOR A CHEESECAKE. WE WENT IN THERE AT LUNCHTIME AND THERE WAS PROBABLY THREE PEOPLE. SO MY FRIEND SAYING THAT'S PRICES FOR YOU IT'S CHEAPER EVERYWHERE ELSE BECAUSE ALONG THE WAY UP THAT WAY A COUPLE OTHER MEXICAN RESTAURANTS EVEN MEXICAN VILLA THEY WERE PACKED LUNCH TIME. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

Fantastic! The food was amazing! Everything is prepared fresh on-site, with nothing frozen or store-bought. I tried the Aguachile Negro and it was incredibly tasty. Spicy, yet full of flavor. The service was excellent as well. Very friendly and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Showed up with a group last night for the Halloween event and was turned away because it was full right as it opened apparently. Facebook post didn’t say anything about advanced tickets. Frustrating but ok not big deal things happen. The door guy in the orange hoodie was extremely rude about it though. Have been here quite a few times and definitely won’t be back after that. Nothing kills a place faster than rude staff.
