Ordered the fried rice and it had a black rock/ gravel in it. Lo mein was dry and not not good. Got it take out and everything was dumped never going back

We arrived late in the evening and the store was in full closing prep. Daniel made sure we had fresh hot food. He went above and beyond ensuring His Guests were taken care of.
Vegetarian options: Everyone was smiling and friendly. I live an hour north of Springfield and will drive the distance again and again.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for those with mobility needs. Clearly marked tables for those in need.

I came 15 minutes till close on Christmas Eve. They were still super nice and got my order ready quickly and on my way home after a long day. I really do appreciate it!!!!
I went thru the drive thru at lunchtime. I got a bowl with beef and broccoli with mushroom chicken. The mushroom chicken was good, but the beef and broccoli was cold. I mean, NOT EVEN FULLY THAWED cold.

Best food ever! I eat panda express very often and order the same thing everytime, a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein. Pretty often at other locations I will end up with a terrible batch of food. Sometimes it is almost uneatable. However, I have gone to this location for the last several months, and it has yet to fail! Infact the food tastes amazing here. Whoever is cooking the food, please keep working at this panda express, because you are doing an amazing job!

This is what $12 gets you... i did get ride of half the entree to disclose this. I've been here on atleast 20 plus different occasions and it gets worse and worse. The meals are stacked with veggies. The lo mein is bland and no taste and always dry. Hate spending my money and time here and always left disappointed. In the last 3 years I would hands down give this place a 1 or maybe even a 2 star. They do not fix your meals and will miss or skimp your entrée.

Hey @PandaExpress, what’s going on in Springfield, MO? For over a year now, every location here has been skimping on quality. Bowls overloaded with veggies, barely any protein—it’s like 20% chicken in the Kung Pao these days. And every time we bring it up, it’s “on the receipt.” This isn’t the Panda we loved.
