This panda express is the worst I have ever had. It tasted like you dumped a whole bottle of oil in the beef and Brocolli. The teriyaki chicken was disgusting. This has gone way down hill.

This is an oriental style restaurant. They have several menu choices along with fried rice. The service is outstanding and the food is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant. Prices are good.

If we close the lobby before ten o'clock, we should have that posted on the door. If we don't have eighty percent of products, we should probably close in general. I get up to the window and they list six or seven things they're out of and then proceed to tell me that everything is cooked to order. Then tells me its corporates fault.. 🤦‍♂️ terrible representation. Terrible service. I'm not even gonna waste my time.

Ordered at 6pm so dinner time and was told they didn't have any chow mein and if I wanted it it would be a 15 to 20 min wait so we got rice , I ordered beef and broccoli I got 6 broccoli with 1 piece of beef overall disappointed.

Love the food, but after seeing this most recent price increase I'll pass. Service has also gone downhill I've noticed. I waited at least 10 minutes the last time before anyone noticed me

I felt very rushed during my visit to this location, and it wasn’t simply because the restaurant was busy. The overall pace and tone felt driven more by impatience than efficiency, which made the experience less enjoyable and more stressful than it needed to be.

Another concern is the lack of low-sodium options. For anyone with blood pressure issues or dietary restrictions related to sodium, there are very few—if any—choices available. It makes it difficult to enjoy a meal here while prioritizing health, which is disappointing and limits accessibility for a portion of customers.

Additionally, navigating to the front building was somewhat confusing. The layout feels a bit like a maze, and clearer signage or direction would greatly improve the first impression and overall flow for guests, especially first-time visitors.

I believe this place has potential, but addressing these issues—patience in service, healthier menu options, and clearer navigation—would make the experience far more welcoming and enjoyable.

We ordered two entrees and one side of vegetables. Our entrees had minimal protein and were very small portions. The majority of our meal was the side of vegetables which were fairly flavorless. I’m very disappointed with the food. It has really gone downhill.

For the last couple of months at this location of panda express, if you go there too early in the day, it's almost assured that you're going to get leftovers from the previous day. Rather than trying to plan to have nothing left over when they get close to the end of their business hours, instead, they go ahead and make big batches of their food and then just put it in the fridge until the next day. Today just before noon, i ordered a broccoli beef bowl with chow mein and it was clearly left over from the previous day but seemed maybe several days old. The broccoli seemed to have some kind of preservatives sprayed on it and tasted like a chemical taste. I guess they do this so that the broccoli would stay green and crisp. The chow mein was soaked in some type of thick oil and it got everywhere. As soon as I got home, I rushed to the kitchen sink to scrub my hands because even the smell was a little too strong and wouldn't go away. Maybe others have complained, and they seem to feel like being overly syrupy nice while they're taking your order will make everyone happy. We don't go to Panda Express because the employees are super super nice with lots of positivity. We go there because the food in past years has been phenomenally good. Not now. This has happened too many times in the past couple of months. They've increased their prices while at the same time, decreasing their food quality. Makes no sense.

Every store is different by taste. I didn't really enjoy this one. The crab ragoons didn't have that little bit of sweetness in them & my usual meal wasn't as flavorful. The service was decent and was willing to fix any issue. I can't comment on the atmosphere because I used the drive through.

Rude employees.. 9 dollars for a dish less than a portion that would look like a kids meal? What a joke I won't be back. Also they don't even give a packet of soy sauce.

Didn’t get what I ordered so had to go back. The rice is SUPER crunchy. Never got the free fortune cookie either. I go here once a year maybe, was disappointed.

The staff was excellent. They helped carry our food to the table and were genuinely kind. The food was excellent.
