Every time I order the black pepper steak, there seems to be an issue. This time there was no broccolini. Last time there was no mushrooms. The time before that, I was told it would be a 15 minute wait when I placed my order 10 minutes prior online. AND NO FORTUNE COOKIE. WHAT THE HECK. Get some consistency going. Please.

Absolutely the NASTIEST Chinese food I have ever tried to eat!! 🤢🤮 You should serve it with a stomach pump!! Is it Cat? Meat is all grisly and disgusting you can’t even chew it! Go anywhere else for Chinese food! Don’t waste your money here.

If i could leave a 0 star i would this place is terrible. The last 3 times we have ordered they are always out of food and when they ask what to sub with they are out of everything, they also put tiny portions as well. Tonight my poor dasher sat there for over an hour waiting for noodles to be cooked this is unacceptable. I will not be going back!!!

I haven't been to a Panda Express since my late wife and I were regulars back in L.A. before moving to Missouri in 2021. I kinda missed it and while in Springfield on business, I looked for a location close to the freeway. As I did when she was alive, I ordered the Family meal size and was in culinary heaven when I got home an hour and a half later. It was just as consistent as the L.A. locations. Once my plans of moving to Springfield happen, I'll be stopping here again.
