Panera Bread Reviews
Customer service is terrible for reserving a space at this location. Had a bad experience and will never book there again.
We just ate at this Panera and they HAD THE NICEST staff I’ve ever seen. Milo and the young man that took our plates. They were so kind and friendly. I’m not much of a review writer but I had to give them a shout out. Genuinely nice people.

Panera Bread is a convenient and clean restaurant with a decent vibe. The staff is generally friendly, although some employees can be unfriendly. The restaurant has plenty of vegetarian options and some gluten-free choices, but limited options for vegans and diabetics. The parking area is spacious, and the restaurant is kid-friendly, with many families frequenting the establishment. One of the highlights is the convenient location next to the library station, allowing customers to walk over easily.
The restaurant offers online ordering with a convenient buzzing system to notify customers when their orders are ready. Additionally, the manager is described as an "absolute doll" and very customer service-driven, making people feel welcomed and important. Every employee encountered, including the person who cleaned the tables and the one who took orders, was great. The location on the northwest side of town is preferred over the one on the south side, as it did not appear to be out of several items like the other one. The food is unique and exceptional, although a bit pricey, and the bottomless coffee alone makes it a 5-star experience. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly.
