Worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Ordered a whole Greek goddess salad, received a half. Lettuce was wilted and rotten in many parts. Restaurant was dirty and service was nothing exceptional. I’ll never return to this location.

Thanks so much for the wonderful lunch experience today with my 93 year old mother....the manager gave my mom a $2 Discount on her pick two ...the food and service was great...and the boy bussing tables was going way beyond cleaning up the dining room and always having a table ready and was very helpful nice and well mannered...

Picked up a Caesar salad and soup to go. Soup was fine, but when I took a bite of the salad I got a couple of pieces of rotten lettuce. They were foul and slimy! Gross!!
Before I ate anymore I picked through it carefully and pulled out about 8 pieces with significant rot.
C'mon Panera, teach your folks not to cut up lettuce without culling the rot first!

This place has seen some traffic and it shows. It's in the part of town where the bathroom doors are locked - for good reason. Otherwise, it is as advertised: overpriced cover and various pastry-driven breakfast options that will make you wonder why you didn't just stop at a waffle joint.

Unless you just love Panera, I'd pass.

Love the summer salad, only thing I can say is, last salad I had, I felt like they really skimped on the salad. Not a lot of lettuce. They have great salads and I highly recommend

Extremely Disappointed – Hoping Management Will Take This Seriously

As someone who frequently orders from this Panera both as a loyal customer and as a DoorDash driver who helps keep consistent traffic flowing to this location, I’m genuinely shocked and disappointed by the treatment I received today.

I walked in with another guest approaching the counter. I got there first—and simply needed the restroom code, intending to step aside immediately so the other person could be helped without delay. Instead of being greeted with basic courtesy, I was completely ignored—treated as if I were invisible. Worse, the woman behind the counter dismissed me in a way that felt intentionally humiliating. In front of others. No kindness. No professionalism. No acknowledgment whatsoever.

This wasn’t just poor service—it was deeply disrespectful. I left feeling unwelcome, embarrassed, and genuinely uncomfortable about ever returning.

To the owner or management: I urge you to look into this. I support your business regularly, and I help drive revenue to your store through my DoorDash deliveries. The way I was treated today doesn’t just hurt me—it hurts your reputation.

Please don’t let this go unchecked. Respect and kindness should be a non-negotiable standard. I hope you’ll make this right, not only for me, but for the many others who walk through your doors every day expecting simple human decency.

Not a fan of the sandwiches, but mac-and-cheese was pretty good. Until I saw them microwave it in a plastic bag. Employees were kind, but lacked energy.

I was simply confused about the menu because they do not disclose all of the prices on the menu, when I spoke to the manager Jarvis, this person was super rude and treated me as if I was asking a stupid or inconvenient question.

As a sip Club member I visit Panera Bread virtually every day sometimes twice a day. It's always pretty decent food and the atmosphere is just casual it is fine and always clean and convenient. Today I stopped at the one on North Kansas Expressway in Springfield and I have never had such awful service at a Panera Bread in my entire life. All three staff members that I encountered were rude. Honestly it's been a long time since I encountered such obnoxious employees at any kind of restaurant.

Food was tasty, employees nice, but this location needs to close for an entire day to allow everything to be scrubbed down (windows, tables, seats, counters, floor, etc.) until it is clean and ready for business again. I do appreciate that they have locks on the bathroom doors, as that makes it safer for patrons.
