This place was completely sold out of most of the bread and the sandwiches that we got were nasty. We will not be eating there again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I called to order food while at the ER they told me j had to order online after ordering online they lost my order and I was unable to cancel due to them using a door dash program now.im.hungrybin the ER and the only thing I can eat is soul because my face is hurting and I've paid for food.i can no longer get when asking the employee if they could help they got very rude and uncorgial to which I responded the same this is a very poor Panera bread and I will be reaching out to corporate for my 40 bucks back

The people are friendly and helpful. I love going there in the morning and using the sip club. There are quite a few regulars. The people tend to be older at least in the morning.

The Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich On Honey Wheat hit the spot for a quick lunch. We had the half size as the sandwich is quite large. Another time I halved a asiago cheese bagel with a friend. Absolutely delightful with the regular cream cheese. Would definitely recommend for breakfast or a quick bite. “A quick bite being an hour sit down lunch”.

Prices have gone up and food quality gone down.Portions seem smaller, broccoli soup was watery, only 1 tiny sliver of avocado on my chipotle chicken avocado sandwichNot worth almost 15 bucks for half a sandwich and cup a soap.

I have come to expect consistency from Panera. In most places customer service is really hit and miss since 2020. Panera has stayed the course. I ordered a flatbread pizza here and it was delicious. Very friendly staff.
Unbelievably horrible experience. Placed an order for delivery and got to spend over an hour being bounced between DD and Panera Bread with everyone refusing to tell me where my food was and eventually, they just cancelled it. Edit: They provided some credits to my account in an attempt at resolving this. I will still never go to the Battlefield location due to the behavior of the manager there. He was the rudest employee I have ever encountered.

I was testing out Uber eats today since I am a new driver for them. I wanted to see the customer side of Uber eats. So I ordered a you pick two and a smoothie and a cookie. Luckily I had a promotion code otherwise this would it cost me about $45 total. Anyway though the chicken avocado sandwich is great! it's kind of spicy like Mexican. I didn't expect that! I got the squash soup I think but the pumpkin seeds are missing. Also the spoon. Oh and I'm also surprised that there's white chocolate chips in my lemon cookie. doesn't taste like lemon .That's OK I guess but I am kind of picky about my white chocolate I wanna make sure it's real white chocolate and I'm not sure if this is or not. ?
