I always enjoy this place. Bright and airy and clean. Service is always excellent. They've changed their bagel recipe! Why? Not crazy about it. Too light. Tastes like bread. I'll still be back. I just will miss their bagels. They were so good!

Unbelievable places an online order for drive thru and we sat in line with only 5 cars in front of us for a 23 min wait. Got to the speaker they tell us to hold. Took 3 mins to come back to the speaker. Love the food and drinks but the service is terrible at this location. It's supposed to be the big location with plenty of crew but nearly 30 mins for a drink In the drive thru is simply ridiculous

Sorry to report the regular problem of this Panera Drive-thru. We made an online order the night before with a 9:45 am Drive-thru pick up. We had a very important appointment and set this schedule so we would have sufficient time to arrive at our destination. We arrived at 9:35 informed the attendant and move forward and two other card came behind us and there were three cars ahead...one being at the window. We and all other guests, without any exaggeration, waited for an entire 20 minutes! We were baracaded in by cement curbs. Furthermore, this is not the first time this type of wait has occurred through this drive through. Panera employees should have asked the one at the window to drive forward to wait and allow all of us to come through. A Drive-thru is designed for quick service. The car at the end ended up backing up and leaving...but we were stuck.... Very Bad Customer care… poor management and consideration. And not even an apology for the inconvenience.

I love panera for the broccoli and cheese soup! This time the bread seemed old, but I had just had surgery and didnt care, I even took some home! The strawberry and basil lemonade was a little to sweet but in all it was good. This location seemed a little run down compared to others, didnt have alot of desserts to choose from. Some of the employees looked and seemed a bit confused, maybe need some extra time with customer service

Visited this Panera location today to pick up some soup for my mother, who is recovering from surgery. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The soup was unappetizing — it was lumpy, and there was an unappealing layer of oil floating on top.
This isn't the first time I've noticed a decline either. Over my past few visits, portions have noticeably shrunk while prices continue to rise. At this point, paying $8 for a small cup of subpar soup just isn’t worth it. I’m sure I can find better quality and value elsewhere.
