Not bad, but just a sandwich. About the same as any other place, the food was pretty tasty. A little more of a hipster dining area, for students to hang out and study.

Not really my vibe, but I can see that there are plenty of people that enjoy it.

Mac and cheese was pretty good though not gonna lie.

Panera really isn’t my thing, but the food was good, tables were not wiped off and ready for use.

What the heck? The rude drive thru worker literally threw and pushed the food out of the window, into our window, when we were making sure the coffee wouldn’t spill. Rude from the box when saying what we wanted, all of the way to the end of interaction when the coffee came pressing into our hands and window. Mutually respect, try it some time.

Unfortunately it cost more for a half sandwich and half salad than a full meal with dessert and tip at a sit down restaurant (such as Bricktown, Cheddar's, etc.) The value for the food was not worth it. If you're in the mood for Panera in Springfield, skip and go to Neighbors Mill or McAlister's.

The food was okay. The bread was so hard on the French ciabbatta dipper and Chipotle chicken avo melt, the we had to take one side off to bite it. The Mediterranean chicken salad with greens and grains tasted strange, almost fishy. Took 1 bite and threw it away. For $50, I could have done way better somewhere else. Might come back for soup, but that's about it.

Just went through the drive-thru with my 80-year-old mother. She's been wanting a French dip, so that's we ordered. I asked her for an extra cup of au jus, she said 'no.' I asked her if I could pay for it and she couldn't do it. So my mom wished to cancel the order.. I will never go to this place again. The vibe is horrible. The employees are rude!! ! Actually.
It makes me sad because I won't wanna go back.
