Went to eat at 6PM. I ordered a sandwich and my wife ordered soup. The guy who took the order said they were out of the bread that comes with the soup. When my wife asked if they could give her a different bread, we were told no. No bread at panera at 6pm? How were they making my sandwich

Wow! Rude staff and $3.00 small coffee and then they ask for a tip? What’s happened to value for the dollar! It’s clear Panera might be taking advantage of the consumer with 1 size coffee cup at $3.00 during this inflationary period.I will give them the fact that the atmosphere is great for meeting clients but limiting the consumers choices just smells like a money grab! The hazelnut coffee tastes strong and a bit artificial. My opinion is Starbucks is a better value for real coffee.

Menu is overpriced for glorified Subway, soup was mostly gelatin. Disappointed as usual.

Don't use the drive thru for pick up orders..almost 20 minutes waiting and they didn't put any utensils in my bag, so I guess I'm supposed to drink my soup. Not a quick lunch spot.

Good coffeeshop for working. Free WiFi. Lots of plugs for laptops. You can get a membership for unlimited coffee and other drinks. No extra charge for almond milk in your coffee. Bagels and pastries are available. The employees are great. Carla makes sure to make a personal connection with each person.

I've not been to any Panera bread in 5 years because 1) the food is usually not edible or a complete mess or, 2) the order is wrong. This Friday night drive thru visit was no exception.I ordered chips and a baguette was just thrown loosely into the bag- no chips. I guess they want it to pass as chips. The Drive thru person was nice at least.I'll give them another 5 years and try again I guess.I really wanted this to work out, Panera.

Teriyaki bowl was nasty! For the price I could have had a steak! Called the manager he told me he'd mail out a voucher or something. Going on 3 months never received it.
