My husband Charles called last Tuesday 2/11/25 created a large order of food. Greg the assistant manager that took the call after my husband waited 90 minutes for his food. Said I’ll cancel your order and refund your money and next week when I’ll be working and you can call and I’ll cover your order. So today 2/15/25 we called and spoke with William the general manager. He asked what my husbands name was and what day was his order on, my husband forgot and said either Monday or Tuesday it should be written down. Well that’s when William the general manager went off.. he said that he didn’t like that my husband was being inappropriate and going around his back and ask for the assistant manager Greg. And that Greg the assistant manager went around his back and made false promises and that he wouldn’t work with us and that we needed to get real and that he wasn’t going to help us. We called corporate and complained but we don’t think that’ll change anything. William the general manager was rude and disrespectful and dismissive to us. We are a loyal customer to Papa John’s but not after dealing with William the general manager. We hope who ever owns that store will fire him. I wonder how the staff feel about working for a jerk.

Crazy I'm writing a 1 star review on peperoncinis, but here we are. I enjoy these peppers with my pizza and I've always ordered extra. They used to be $.50 but now it's a $1. No big deal. But a month ago when I ordered delivery of my regular large pizza and my regular extra side of peperoncinis, I only got 1 (one) single peperoncini. I let it slide because I'm not about to get upset over a few extra peppers.
Fast forward to tonight. I order delivery of my regular large pizza, this time with 2 (two) extra orders of peperoncinis which is now $2 instead of $1. I did 2 to see if maybe they'll see it better on the order. The pizza guy comes and I open my pizza and, once again, there is only 1 (one) peperoncini in the box.
Normally, I wouldn't care about $2 worth of peppers. But it's the second time this has happened. I call the store asking for the manager, William I think he said his name was. He was incredible short with me when I was trying to be nice. Gave me no chance to talk and he said "You're telling me I stood here with (name coworker here) while we both put your peppers in a box and you're telling me you didn't get that box? Is that your statement?" Uh yeah I guess that's my statement? Was gonna offer to drive halfway across town to get my peppers until he said "I'll just give you a refund."
Thank you for the refund, William, but that's not what I was looking for.
I left my pizza on the counter and drove over anyway to get my damn peppers.
There are two customers in the store and maybe 3-4 employees working. I walk in and the guy (who I later found out was the manager) hollered from behind the pizza rack "What's your name?!" So I told him and before I could say anything else out, he hollers "Be with ya in a second!" So I stand to the side and wait. Another employee walks to the front so I ask if he's the manager and he says "no" while the first guy who hollered says "I'm the manager give me a second!"
So he comes out from behind the pizza rack and I say "I just called about the peperoncinis" and before I could continue he rushed behind the pizza rack and stuffed a few handful of peppers in an aluminum foil pouch and gives them to me and says "Sorry about that here you go."
William, please get out of the food industry and get into a less stressful job. I understand it's a pizza joint on a Friday night, but damn. It costs nothing to be a decent manager. Thank you again for the refund and the peppers, but maybe train your drivers to give people extra boxes of stuff they spend money on. I'll never be going to this location again, and probably never go to Papa John's again. The quality has gone down the drain.

I worked there for a year or so when I was younger, and still go in there and order all the time. I do trust the franchise, That has to mean something. It’s not gourmet Pizza. So, as long as you know where you’re ordering from, it’s amazing.

Waited over a hour for my pizza and when I got it it looked disgusting. Currently eating it and hating every second of it. I wouldn’t have mind waiting that long as long as the pizza was good but it is miserable. Will not be ordering from Papa John’s as a whole for a long long time, going promptly back to Dominos instead. Really depressing, wish I could rate this lower but physically can not

While i was waiting for my order, an older couple came in, and the person behind the counter had an instant attitude after they said they didn't have an order for pickup and then continuously berated him because he didnt have the "proper pizza etiquette" and he wasnt doing it "traditionally", wouldnt tell the man how much the small pizza was( "you'll get the price at the end"). Instead of trying to be helpful and respectful of the senior citizens, it was the exact opposite. Very poor customer service to say the least. Im not supporting this business again

It is a complete wonder how this place is still in business. It is a Tuesday night, I called at 5:56 and they said it would be 45 minutes and its 7:13 and STILL aren't here .Domino's literally blows them out of the water. Domino's is cheaper, tastes better, and it's delivered four times faster-OH AND they don't make you talk to someone in a call center in India to take your order. Will NEVER order here again.

The delivery driver with pink hair has the absolute worst attitude. They’ve delivered to my house twice now. Once where my partner ordered and tipped in the app. They were obviously annoyed and were not at all friendly the first time. As well as one just now where I had only a little extra cash to give them. I had grabbed the pizza and was going to turn around and offer to cash app them a tip and they had stomped off sighing and shaking their head, all but throwing a fit that I didn’t give them more cash. I had the opportunity to stop them but why would I offer to tip more to an adult throwing a temper tantrum because they don’t have the patience for my to set down the pizza and grab my phone while I still had my door open! Did say anything just stormed off. Get better customer “service” people because I have 3 kids who have better manners and they’re all under 5 years old. I also live LESS than a mile from this location so the audacity to act like it was such an inconvenience is ignorant.
