Very disgusting. I went to get pizzas. The guy who gave me the pizza had very long nails and even dirty in spots. I tried to kinda accept it because the kids were waiting home to eat, but I had tu turn around and gave them back the pizza. My mind couldn't accept what I saw. Plus they make food with their hand no gloves and seeing his nails i don't know if I will be ordering pizza from any Papa Johns. Here is a picture of the guy hand. You guys can see it differently but to me that's terrible service.

It was a super busy night and the crew was very fast past with being understaffed. Staff was also very understanding the wait time was a lot for a hungry crowd so they made up for it. Good experience, definitely recommend.

I ordered a cheese pizza NY style well done and I got some super doughy undercooked disaster. What a disappointment.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is from a while back. And it's from the location on West Kearney. I received coupons and when I took them to use them I was told by an employee that I couldn't use the coupon. The coupon was valid and was not out of date, but he said they did not accept those Papa John's coupons at that location. He was extremely rude, and didn't seem to have time to explain to me why they wouldn't accept the coupon. Absolutely 100% horrible experience and I will never walk in that location ever again. And most likely won't buy Papa John's Pizza anymore due to this experience.

Everytime I've ordered from this location something was wrong, typically the order. Normally it was something small like ordering garlic crust and not getting it or ordering extra garlic cups and not getting them after paying the upcharge... This time we ordered two pizzas, one was compleyely wrong (certain it was someone else's pizza) and the other was as if it was dropped in water as the bottom of the pizza was oddly soggy.

My husband and I were here on vacation and called in for a pizza to be delivered to our motel. The guy said it would be 45-50 minutes. We waited an hour and when my husband called back, they said we have the wrong address (which wasn’t true because he repeated it back) and that he tried to call and let my husband know which he had not. So, the guy just cancelled the order. When my husband asked if the money would be returned to the card, he said it should in 36 hours. He also had the nerve to say that the motel was out of their jurisdiction. Huh? Why not say that to begin with. We are very dissatisfied with our treatment.
