Ordered a Starry. Got a Mountain Dew. I said something to the kid delivering the order. "Yeah. I know. We're out."
Easier to go elsewhere than it is to call up the same people a second time and get a coupon for another delivery that won't happen.

The order was super late, i orderd online at 2:00pm to be delivered @6:30pm, finally shows up at almost 7pm and cold ,one of the pizzas cost 18.99 instead of 11.99 as advertised and all 3 of the deserts were left at the store, the driver had to make 2 trips š¤¦āāļø , I'm not a very satisfied customer ,Zero stars if it was possible, but I can see by all the 1 star reviews here lately the management doesn't care,and never responds to the reviews to make it right ,and until then Papa John's will no long get any of my money ,with tip that order alone was $108..I don't like to complain or leave 1 star reviews, but it's an honest review..sorry

Placed an order online before work so I could pick it up and take to work. I had specific instructions, when I walked in the lights were dim and my order was coming out of the oven. When my order was given to me it was WRONG. Extremely disappointed. I knew better than to order from here but I gave them a chance. They acted as if making my order wrong was no big deal. Would not recommend placing an order with them when basic reading seems to be something this place lacks. Maybe if they turn the lights on reading wouldnāt be a problem

I ordered Friday nightfood, spent 45 including tip. I called Saturday morning to complain. Manager said it must have been because of Black Friday, sorry about your luck have a good day. Very poor customer service skills. Will not be wasting my money with these people. Shaq you need to help these people.

Was going to order from here today, but with ALL the negative reviews and pictures, ill stick with Dominoes or Caseys.
Delivered an hour after the estimated delivery window. Ordered 12:05, told 30 min, arrived 1:45. Pizza was cold and chewy. Looked like Little Caesar's but for twice the cost.

It saddens me to say this was the worst Papa Johnsonās Pizza I have ever had. The cheese was barely melted, the toppings tasted old and had no flavor, the Pizza was supposed to be NY Style and it wasnāt. Iāve had NY style and this isnāt close.
The buffalo wings advertised as smothered with sauce⦠A Tiny drizzle and tasted lukewarm warm like they had been sitting out for hours, not fresh at all, microwaved maybe.
This is rare but I stopped eating and re ordered an entire meal from IMOs Pizza down the street.

The district manager of this area for p.j.'s sucks. Unless you're A fan of doctor jekyll and mister hyde taking their own stress out on you for no reason.

Pizza looked pre-packaged, toppings were sparse, wasn't cooked well enough. They told us that all Papa Johns make their pizza like this, which I know isn't right. It's baffling they would say that when that deters customers away from not only this store but every other location as well.

When you say its a 14 inch large. I can understand being slightly under 14in. This is 1.5 inches off on both of my large pizzas. These had 8 slices, should be 10 from what your website says. Shorting me half a medium pizza. Wonder how many times this has happened ? ?.
I stood at the counter for 5 minutes until the delivery drivers finished their conversation and asked the teenagers to get off their phone and assist me.
Once I was finally engaged, it was terribly obvious how putout these young leaders of tomorrow were to fulfill their duties.
Sorry to bother you, it won't happen again, trust me.

Delivery spoof and I was not happy. I called the manager and I was upset about the situation. The manager listened, was patient with me and let me vent. I felt heard. Then he helped me solve the situation that felt good to me and it turned positives. Nice job, manager at S. Campbell.
