This picture is exactly what we got for our papa bowls. I took this as soon as I opened it because it looks like barely anything to eat because the bowl wasn’t filled at all. A little disappointed in this bowl with barely any food.

The entire ordeal was horrible on two separate days. . The food wasn’t right then when we did get the right stuff it tasted horrible service both times was horrible all 3 people i interacted with need to learn customer service skills for starters .. I don’t know I was just kind of mind blown ..

This is by far the best Papa John’s in Springfield. It’s always really fast, no matter what time or day. AND, it has been quality pizza every time. Some other Papa John’s have really messed my pizza up before, by going way overboard on the sauce and barely any cheese. More times than I’d care to admit. This location is actually pretty far from me, but I go out of my way to pick up from this one because they are so consistent.

I gave 3 stars because the pizza is usually good but I ordered wings this time and they were literally the tiniest wings I have ever seen in my life! It looked like mini chicken wings. When I saw it I laughed 😂 for the prices this was ridiculous. They also tasted on the funky side and they were mushy. Mushy wings are gross! Boooooooooo! I likely won't go back. I can cook food way better and cheaper.

We placed large order for work and they were very quick and friendly with their services. After arriving and paying they even helped load my car with all the pizza. Everyone loved the food and felt like it was a good treat!

STORE POLICY IS TO NOT DELIVER TO DOOR. AND EVEN IF YOU ARE DISABLED, THE MANAGER SAYS THEY CAN NOT ENTER BUILDINGS... B/C they said not enough insurance to cover staff entering buildings. I have a brand new apartment building with an elevator-- for convenience. PLEASE DO NOT TIP bc you will have to get dressed and go get your own PIZZA downstairs. and not be able to remove the tip. ridiculous.

Order a large delivery order, the first delivery attempt was about an hour earlier than the scheduled time that didn’t work for me. They ended up remaking and delivered the order at the correct time.

Easier to go elsewhere than it is to call up the same people a second time and get a coupon for another delivery that won't happen.
