Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Did they go out of business? I was there Saturday feb 28th at 5 30 pm and they were closed

We ordered online. A pizza and cheese bread. Arrived 30 minutes later. The worker handed us the pizza and then said “so I don’t have any sides to give you”…period. That’s all he said… I was confused and didn’t know what to say, so I mentioned a refund and he didn’t say anything, so then I suggested another pizza, all he said is what kind?

He made one, handed it over and said you’re welcome. No apologies for not having what we ordered or anything. Probably not gonna go here again. Unfortunately the place has gone down hill.

We came and ordered 3 pizzas and the guy was very rude, like very rude. I don't do much reviews, good or bad, but this makes me so mad, like he mumbled under his breath when talking to us, we could barely understand him and it just wasn't a pleasent experience, especially since we paid $50, we could have spent a little less or about the same somewhere else and got way better service than we got here.
UPDATE:
The pizza is ehhhh not as good as normally, like he threw on the toppings in random places and not spread out all over, way way too much pineapple like we ordered extra or something and did not, just overall not happy and we always have enjoyed Papa Murphy's, we rarely get pizza just because there is 5 us of, 2 adults and 3 almost all teenage boys, they eat a good amount and this is very very sad

Quick easy pick up and tasty food. It's a tiny little places, but who cares when you can drive thru.

I did a one line order. And was able to pick up my order by drive thru. The staff was not overly friendly,but but I got my food fast and accurate. A Great value!

Yesterday night I take bite of my pizza I seen hair in it. Cussing , this guy was talking about he hurt his hand from punching the door because have a argument with his girlfriend .

Terrible customer service. Man wouldn't let me use a coupon. That was valid till December. Told me he isn't doing it.

Skip Domino's and skip Pizza Hut and head straight over to Papa Murphy's. Their pizza is absolutely amazing.

Our family loves Papa Murphy's! They Always give us the best pizzas at an affordable price. Quality ingredients and our favorite toppings are always used. We usually request pizzas that are not on the menu, and they are always willing to substitute toppings at
no extra charge. We can always count on a gourmet pizza from Papa Murphy's.
