I did a one line order. And was able to pick up my order by drive thru. The staff was not overly friendly,but but I got my food fast and accurate. A Great value!

Yesterday night I take bite of my pizza I seen hair in it. Cussing , this guy was talking about he hurt his hand from punching the door because have a argument with his girlfriend .
Terrible customer service. Man wouldn't let me use a coupon. That was valid till December. Told me he isn't doing it.

Our family loves Papa Murphy's! They Always give us the best pizzas at an affordable price. Quality ingredients and our favorite toppings are always used. We usually request pizzas that are not on the menu, and they are always willing to substitute toppings at
no extra charge. We can always count on a gourmet pizza from Papa Murphy's.

Drove 45 minutes just for this pizza. I get home and the combo with add ons only had the add ons, no meat or olives frustrating. Pay attention I paid for what was requested and you got it wrong. I enjoy the pizza it just seems lately there's always something that is incorrect.
Last time I got red sauce instead of the white I chose.

My husband and I went to Papa Murphys following church service, to place an order for Super Bowl Sunday. We walked in and there were 3 adults and 1 child in the lobby waiting on their order. The tall, blond gentleman was at the drive-through window assisting there as well as the walk-ins. He was extremely rude in gesture, tone, and overall attitude. I asked one of the other customers if he was that rude to them. All parties chimed in, yes.
We received our cheesy bread and my husband asked me to take it out to the car and wait. My husband shared with me it got worse once I left. He stated the workers began arguing, slinging food, and cursing. And if that was not bad enough, there were calls coming in being ignored because the workers did not want to deal with the customer.
My family and I have been going to this Establishment for years. The customer service has been steadily declining. Lately, it is at an all time low with this current staffing. They simply do not care about professionalism, are immature and down right hateful.
We can only hope the owner reads this post and is proactive at addressing their staff. We will no longer give this location our business.
