The goat cheese, walnut salad is fantastic! This crust pizza is baked with a nice crisp outer crust. However, the goat pizza today was somewhat wetter than normal.

I've eaten here a few times and it's a pretty decent pizza place. It does have a gluten free crust option if you need it. My wife says it's good. Staff is friendly. Last time I went it was a Friday night and it was hopping.

Stayed at the Element Hotel across the street and went to this restaurant based on the terrific reviews. Unfortunately, I never got waited on. When I walked in on a Monday night during Christmas week there was a decent number of customers in the restaurant, but no employee at the hostess desk. After a brief wait, I just proceeded to the bar and took a seat. A young lady promptly acknowledged me and plopped a menu down in front of me. After that, service went non existent. She disappeared. I literally started the timer on my phone after several minutes of nothing and waited for somebody, anybody to help me. At the eleven minute mark I gave up and left the restaurant. I know there are several of these restaurants in Missouri. I won't try another one after this experience.

Initial greeter was so rude bc we asked to move to booth. Garlic bread was cheap french bread one half with cheese for $14. Ridiculous. Pizza was good though. Me and 1 kid 53 damn dollars. Insane

the food was overall okay, but we waited almost and hour for our food and then when we waited another 30 mins for a box finally we just left and i never got my box

Food wasn't that good. Had better at dominoes for a 1/3 if the price. Waited 25 minutes for a table and then 45 minutes for a pizza. Ordered the kitchen sink, 2 personal pans (for the kids), and greek pizzas. The kitchen sink was dry, chewy, and lacked flavor for all the toppings it had. The Greek pizza was better but still a little dry, especially after fridgerated. Waitress was ok but too quite in a loud area. All the tvs were playing sports events I could care less about. Like I said, overpriced. I wouldn't listen to the other reviews about it being amazing. If you want expensive pizza try slap box or bellicinos. I will not return.

Took our company group out for dinner. The manager always reserves the bar for my group since we have 20 to 30 people. It was a great experience as always.

We got seated at 6:20 our waitress took our order brought our drinks that is the last we saw of her. We sat there until 7:40 no pizza no refills on drinks no explanation of the delay of our order of 1 pizza. I will never set foot in this pizza establishment again. The table behind us left before getting their order also.

I had such a great experience at Pappo’s Pizzeria! The food was delicious as always, but what really made the visit stand out was our server, Ashley. She was absolutely the best—attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. She checked in at the right times without hovering and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Ashley truly made our dining experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope she’s our server again!

We were recently in town and decided to have dinner there cuz it was across the street from our hotel. We only tried 2 items from their menu, but let me tell you that we are addicted to their pepperoni pizza and their chocolate chip cookies!!! Best pizza EVEY, hands down and we even bought the dozen bake-at-home cookies and finished them soo fast.. crazy good!!! They need to open more locations cuz we're about to do a 4 hr day trip for lunch!
