The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The ambiance was serene and inviting, with a charming retro feel, reminiscent of an old antique shop. The vintage jukebox was a delightful touch. The menu was very user-friendly, featuring clear photos and descriptions. As for the doughnuts, they were truly enchanting. The dough was remarkably light and fluffy, offering a soft interior with a satisfyingly crunchy, flaky exterior. We particularly enjoyed the Coconut-filled and Strawberry Shortcake. The Turtle cheesecake was quite delicious, though it was notably sweeter than the others.

Very good donuts and very impressive quick service but felt rushed trying to decide on what to get and what they were out of it vs having in back. I'd rather place my order online where I don't feel rushed but will definitely be back. They were good donuts and quality for the price.

I have been to this location twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed the donuts each time. But I have experienced a lack of professionalism on each time. The first time I came in one worker was sitting at a table, reading with a lack of enthusiasm to greet me and serve me. She didn’t bother to make her way to the counter until I was already up there. Her lack of enthusiasm to serve me is probably what made me most upset but I tried to give the shot a send chance. Today when I came in, a young lady greeted me and thoroughly explained the menu options and seasonal donuts and gave me great service, while the other employee was attached to some guy which I hope was her boyfriend. PDA isn’t something anyone wants to see when trying to enjoy their donuts especially from employees of a business. Delicious donuts but unsure if I will return again.

One of the best donut shops in town if you want to pay a bit more for a little (big) fancy donut! I've got a few people hooked on this place since I tried it out. Definitely worth a try if you've never had their donuts!

If you order coffee in person they'll do their job correctly because you're there in person to hold them accountable. If you order a coffee through Door Dash they don't make your coffee order correctly because they choose to be careless since they think you won't hold them accountable. Parlor Doughnuts do better and stop wasting people's money and time. Customers go to The European in downtown for good coffee their baristas are awesome and they deserve a tip.
Not bad, wouldn't call them donuts more so, delicious crossaint type fritters. They were good but the atmosphere was so unwelcoming and the case was empty when walking in. They took the order then went to the back to make it. No biggie but they weren't very friendly. Maybe just a bad day, probably use drive thru next time. 🤔

Delicious and definitely not your average donuts. The dough is like a cross between croissant and classic yeast dough. Its a perfect lighter, flaky, and crisp texture. The seasonal cinnamon roll flavor they have out right now is delicious. I also love the blueberry. The service is fantastic as well!
Food is great, but unfortunately, most of their staff couldn’t care less what kind of experience you’re going to have there.

Food was good just not donuts. Not sure what to call what the serve but you won’t find any glazed, old fashioned, long John’s, or cake donuts. They only have filled donuts that are then covers with pie filling Or cream. Everything needs to be eaten with a plate knife and fork.
