I’ve been in there at least three times and they’ve never had the mini donuts. The reasonable business owner would make more if they continuously at their first items to sell out.

We live in one of the unfortunate states that does not have a parlor donuts. Every time we travel we check to see where the closest one is and try to stop by. We always buy a dozen and take them with us. While they are amazing fresh, they are still pretty good on day 3.

The crounuts are amazing...but stay away from energizing drinks. It was pure nasty. There was no carbonation. It just tasted like syrup water...

Had a bad first experience at Parlor. We ordered online so we wouldn’t have to wait as long. When we got there, we were 10 minutes past our original pick up time & they still hadn’t started our order. I would like to add there was only one or two people inside. When we finally got our order, one donut was wrong & they forgot the tacos.

Overall poor experience

My favorite place to go and pick up a treat for my team at work. Last few times I have been in whenever they first open I have not been greatest hospitality experience though. I was not greeted and felt rushed to order when I was probably one of the first customers of the day at 7am. I get we all have off moments but it made me feel really bad and that I was inconveniencing people whenever I just spent $50 at an establishment.

One of the best breakfast spots in town at a better price than most. The coffee and donuts are obviously the main attraction, but the kitchen food is a hidden gem. The sausage biscuit is insane and the breakfast tacos are equally good. Pretty sure they make everything to order, so it takes a few minutes to prepare, but the quality is so much higher than any other coffee spot in town. My wife and I have a small addiction

What a great gift this place is to Springfield! Amazing donuts - made to order (if preferred) - and, handcrafted single origin coffee drinks.

I had the salted caramel and I had a keto donut. I have never had a donut like the salted caramel. Absolutely delicious, and the next day I had my keto donut and it was amazing!!

First time here. I initially thought these were overpriced. These doughnuts are absolutely worth the extra cost. There’s no comparison with any others I’ve had in North America, Tim Horton’s would be a distant second. Service was fine.

The doughnuts here are amazing! My favorite is definitely their honey glaze. They have all sorts of flavors that are very different from most doughnut shops you'll see. My fiance and I will usually split three between the two of us so we can try at least one new flavor each time without giving up our favorite. They are not terribly expensive and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. It hasn't been terribly busy when we went in and everyone seems relaxed.

The staff are friendly and I don't necessarily have any COMPLAINTS. If they could improve at all, it would be to maybe ask if you need a plate or something instead of handing you the box and that's it. We order doughnuts and then we want to sit inside and enjoy them. It's rather difficult and messy trying to cut the doughnuts inside the box and then trying to eat over it. The only other thing is the disposable cutlery bin was empty the last time we went there, so we had to bother them for a knife and fork.

Parking: We didn't have an issue so much with finding a spot to park, (although there aren't that many spots) as we did have a problem with getting into the parking lot off the street. It is kind of oddly situated. Not a big enough deterrent to stop going there, because the doughnuts are phenomenal, but still noteworthy.

This place was lovely. Went there for a vegan donut and they had tons of glaze options plus gluten free glaze options and vegan/gluten free glaze options. It was a fresh tasting donut with a beautiful presentation and tasted great. Definitely will be back!
