Had a vegan French toast and a sandy beach. The French toast was good. The gluten free dough they use, which is the vegan one, is crumbly. Not really doughnut texture. For roughly $5 for the tiny thing. 3 stars.
We live in one of the unfortunate states that does not have a parlor donuts. Every time we travel we check to see where the closest one is and try to stop by. We always buy a dozen and take them with us. While they are amazing fresh, they are still pretty good on day 3.
My favorite place to go and pick up a treat for my team at work. Last few times I have been in whenever they first open I have not been greatest hospitality experience though. I was not greeted and felt rushed to order when I was probably one of the first customers of the day at 7am. I get we all have off moments but it made me feel really bad and that I was inconveniencing people whenever I just spent $50 at an establishment.
