I've been eating here for years and have watched portion sizes decrease, and ingredients be changed to cheaper ones. Today, my family all gave their orders, and we sat down. When the food arrived, my wife's food was missing so we gave it some time. After a while, we told staff her food was missing. They replied that she hadn't ordered any. I'm not sure how that works given she went up to the register, asked for the tortellini and a water cup, grabbed the cup set forth for her, and moved on. Anyway, my father went to the register again and paid for the tortellini. Credit to them they did get the dish out quickly, but the portion seemed very small, perhaps in retaliation for the missed item. It's a shame to see a place I once loved so much decline.

We rented out the room with for a gender reveal. We were told that everyone would have to pay 14-15 dollars for a buffet of food!
We got to the place, we had full freedom of decorating the room and even had a fountain of drinks at our disposal. The food finally came and we all got our plates, we started to run low so we asked for a refill on the food and we were told that there wasn’t anymore refills. That the one platter was all that there was.
I do not understand how it can be a buffet with only one platter! We had one platter of spaghetti and one platter of Alfredo, a platter of rolls and a platter of cookies!
We still had a wonderful gender reveal but when booking this place for a party I would definitely go into details when they say “buffet”

Just love the food and atmosphere is nice to be in
came by and sat in for a simple dinner, food was fast, which I thiught was scary at first, but boy was I mistaken, it was excellent. This has been placed into rotation of eat out nights. no more hill restaurant or bambino for us. this is the place for fast Italian.
I was little disappointed I only got three pieces of chicken that paid for $4. My Alfredo looks like soup

Honestly...it felt like walking straight into a glitch in the matrix. Like everything was frozen until we opened the door. We were the only customers in the store at that moment in time. Everyone else was staff and they were clearly NPC's. Every table even had a thin layer of dust on it. The whole situation was so eerie that it made it funny. Food was fine. I guess it replenished our health. Lol. Nothing bad about the restaurant or anything...just weird experience. Wouldn't trade it for a normal one.

Food is pretty good. Problem is with the online ordering. They went from a perfectly running app to a flawed web-based system. Something to do with the Toast service but there doesn't seem to be any connection to the service. In addition, points in the app haven't been transferred to this new service. They say they will be but that was a while back. Kind of frustrating to take time to make an order and then the payment won't go through. I mentioned this to the lady at the counter and she seemed to brush it off. I don't necessarily expect them to take on the burden of website programmers but at least say sorry.

I went here in anticipation of getting the seafood fettuccine. When placing our= order, the manager asked my husband if he wanted tomato and cheese on his salad. He said no tomato. I was asked if I wanted cheese, and said yes. (She didn't ask me about tomato). We were brought 2 bowls of iceberg lettuce with red onions and one of the bowls had cheese. There was so much dressing on it I couldn't taste the onions. This was marinaded lettuce now salad. When our entrees arrived, my husband's had so much 'cheese dirt' on it you couldn't taste anything else. He ate the manicotti and left the rest on the plate. My seafood fettuccine had less than 1 stick of imitation crab stick and 3 shrimp on it. There was more mushroom slices than seafood on the dish. It tasted like mushroom fettuccine with a shrimp garnish. When we were getting up to leave and she asked how our meal was my husband told her it was bad. He started explaining what was wrong with his dish and she looked at him and said "Oh, you were serious." She didn't believe he was complaining because he wasn't yelling or making a scene. He simply told her we wouldn't be back. As we were walking away she loudly called after us to enjoy the rest of our day... everyone sitting there heard.
