Very very skimp, the sandwich was soggy to begin with in the wrap and the jus had next to no flavour.
The sandwich was mini, and had next to no toppings. It’s mostly busy with tipsy college students after hours, but if you come from a bigger city. It’s a mere 4/10. Food value just wasn’t there.
Amazing website!

We love Pickleman's and everyone who works at the downtown location! James is especially amazing and we cheer when he's our delivery person. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and the food is never not a hit. Will order again and again!!

Listen, I have to get this off my chest. I am a pickelmans fan for life but tonight I was a bad customer. I ordered a pizza for myself and a coworker and when it got delivered it was undercooked around the edges. I didn’t like it. I called to ask for a new pizza. The manager told me that they don’t deliver and I said if they could get a driver I’d be sure to tip. Not knowing better, I let a guest kids eat the pizza. Well some of it. Never in a million years did I think the GM would be bringing our new pizza and I made a rude comment about hoping this one was cooked all the way and made sure to tell him I’d tip because I thought it was a delivery person. He said he couldn’t accept the tip because he’s the GM. I was embarrassed about my comment and that the pizza was more than half eaten. I want to apologize and make sure this GM knows that this new pizza is great and I swear I’m not just a scammer trying to get a free pizza. The slightly undercooked pizza fed some happy to eat it kids and the new one is perfect for my more picky pallet. And you’re amazing and we love you. Pickelmans for life!

It was my first time coming here, and I wasn’t sure what to order. A young lady was very helpful in walking me through the options. I ended up getting two pizzas, and it was also my first time trying thin-crust pizza. To be honest, it tasted like an upgraded frozen oven pizza. There wasn’t much red sauce, though the amount of cheese was decent. The crust was crispy but didn’t have much flavor, and overall the pizza didn’t really stand out.
I also tried the strawberry lemonade. It tasted fresh, but it had a strange aftertaste. The cookie was just a basic chocolate chip cookie—nothing special. Honestly, I think McDonald’s cookies would’ve been a better choice. One highlight, though, was their homemade ranch, which actually tasted pretty good.
Overall, you’re better off going to Slapbox or Big Slice if you’re looking for better pizza. For a place that uses fresh ingredients, I expected the flavor to be noticeably better than the spots I mentioned. If you’re just trying it out, it is what it is—but I wouldn’t recommend spending a lot of money expecting the best pizza in Springfield

Ordered a simple sandwich. I had to actually dissect it to make sure the turkey was actually on the sandwich. Dear reader... I was lucky to get any at all. For a TURKEY sandwich. I had half a deli slice hanging out of one end and *maybe* another deli slice on the other. Maybe. I unwrapped the entire thing to see if more turkey was hiding under the bread. Nope. I got a hollowed-out sandwich with *maybe* two deli slices of turkey. Maybe. I am pretty sure it was just one they split in half.
The flavors are great. I can't deny that. The bread itself is amazing. The lemonade? Water.
It's odd to me that the bag is better quality than the napkins and the food. The napkins might as well be made of cotton candy. But you sure made sure to put your name on them, right? To make sure you look better than you are? A shame. Invest in what your customers actually order. Not some .5 ply napkins with your ink all over them.
As far as their chips... don't bother, folks. Hardly a handful and harder than a rock.
Jimmy John's has better quality now and that says a lot to me. Pickleman's used to be my favorite. This was supposed to be a treat.
Instead it was disappointment wrapped in a wet wrapper with hardly anything to eat. Yall are lucky I'm skinny and a night owl. You won't be getting my money again. If yalls goal was to convince people to just eat at home, then you've succeeded. Congrats.

This took over an hour to be delivered and I only live live 6mins away. I ordered a salad a sandwich and some gross weird big spiral noodled Mac n cheese for 6 bucks! . The salad was supposed to be mixed but was spinach very very small for $7 and no veggies at all on it.The turkey sand was good but super small mostly lettuce and was 10 bucks !!!!! Definitely wouldn't go back here ! To many good sandwich shops for way more food that taste way better! Very disappointed last time I was here about a year ago was very good but not now !! Hard pass
