I used to go to firehouse a lot, but not anymore. These guys are the best! They always do me right, even if my modifications are a bit annoying. The customer service is outstanding as well! Especially from team members Katie and Raina. Will come back again and again.

Food is ok but not worth the trouble. The app does not work, staff are unconcerned when you call to find the order was never made. A double charge is required to get your food and staff advise "if that first charge doesn't fall off within a week call your bank."

My wife and I decided to go out for lunch in Springfield on our day off, even though we live about an hour away. We chose this restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised. The inside was super nice, giving off Schlotzsky’s vibes, and the entire place was very clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome.
I ordered the #11 Italian Club on white bread, and my wife had the #5 Turkey Bacon on white bread. We both enjoyed our sandwiches, although I wished mine was a bit larger and moister. I have a big appetite, and while the sandwich size was fair, I could have eaten more.
The price we paid for two sandwiches, two chips, and two drinks was $30, which I found reasonable. However, I do want to highlight that their strawberry lemonade is a must-try—it's just perfect!
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone in the nearby area. For my unique situation of driving an hour, there might be better options closer to home, but this place is solid. I give it 4 stars.

Wonderful food, can't go anywhere else in Springfield for sandwiches or deli items that are nearly as good. They have a decent variety without feeling too overwhelmed by choices. The staff has always been very friendly, even when they are busy. They are also expedient with service. The ordering layout is sometimes a little awkward, and seating is a little too fast food/cafeteria style but not horrible.

Will not order from here again. Ordered a avacobb salad, the avocado and the egg were not sliced. Dressing was like water with no flavour. There was barely anything in the sandwiches just week old bread. The garlic bread was just sad. Gourmet prices is the only thing gourmet about them.
