The food is good. The customer service USED to be good. The number of problems I encountered during my last visit is too long to list - snotty, "that's your problem" attitude doesn't even begin to cover it! I complained to the corporate office about the horrible service I received, and was told they wouldn't do anything about it because each location is individually owned. Wow, what a convenient way to get off the hook for shoddy service!!! They said they would pass my feedback on to the franchise owner and s/he would get back to me IF s/he wanted to address the problems. Clearly, s/he doesn't care about customers or the location's reputation, because that was several weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Uh, Pita Pit, you do realize you're not the only healthy-food restaurant in town, right???

I'm not normally a pita fan, but I had the chicken bacon ranch pita and was extremely impressed. Get some ancho chipotle on it for a little extra zing.

This place has really gone down the hill over the last couple of years, the price for the qaunity/quality of food is not there. I have no intentions of returning as I have been disappointed the last few times.

I had a big order and went through the drive through. They handled it well with smiles on their faces. Every thing was correct when I got home.

In town for a basketball tournament and wanted something healthy and not heavy feeling after you eat. This was perfect place. We got the Gyro and I loved it. Not heavy and not over saturated with sauce. It was filling and felt great afterwards. Can't wait to go back and try the others.

They advertise for having soups now, but apparently it's only when the manager wants to do it that day, which is what was said at their drive thru. That's not legal nor good management. And they had to ask me again at the window what my order was, which was not right at all when I got home, on my hour lunch, not edible at all. Their excuse was they were short handed. Sorry, but I'm expected to do my job regardless if I'm short handed. Manager, get your restaurant together. Obviously you weren't there on a busy Saturday to help your employees out. Ridiculous.

The food is always fresh and delicious, and the employees are always friendly and cheerful! I usually stop here a few times a week for lunch. Never had a bad experience!

This is such a hard review for me to write. I feel like a business as a whole should be judged on both its product and its staff. Pita pit gets lots of stars for their food. I like options, I like freshness, and I like speed. Pita pit combines all of those things and lets me fix whatever craving I'm having at the moment. If I want Greek food, if I want breakfast... they have it. It's pretty decently priced, the portions are good and The toppings are always spread out well . The sandwiches are constructed well and there's a Coke freestyle machine! That's always a winner with me. Now, onto the service. It's not necessary says BAD... it's more indifferent. Yes you've got teenagers working here, but it would still be nice to have some charisma or personality from the staff. It's almost as it Pita Pit doesn't know if they are supposed to be a fast food restaurant where you are out in record time or a sit down place. When you walk up, it would be nice to be greeted or helped through the process-- order and pay, then round the counter and pick your toppings like Subway. Instead, they say hello and stand there waiting. Maybe I'm old fashioned... but a little more eye contact and pleasantries would go a long way.

The food is great if you can get what you order. Tonight there is a young man taking orders that kind of just doesn't listen so you have to talk slowly to get him to slow down and hear what you're saying. I asked for no cheese and wheat pita. Idk why I bothered asking for what I wanted because I got the pita he was going to make me -White pita and I got f****** awful feta cheese which is impossible to pick out of the pita. I ordered in the drive thru. I won't do that again because of course I didn't check my order til I got home so too bad so sad. Next time (if there is one) I'll stand and watch them make it so I can trust I'm getting what I ordered.
