I brought my two sons to Pizza House on Tuesday evening and we ordered our usual large pizza. For some reason the waitress pushed back and said that wouldn’t probably be enough to feed the three of us, but being polite I asked if they had an extra large and they did not. I also said I might then order two of the smaller size, she then said that’s even smaller and wouldn’t be enough food. At this point I became frustrated and a little short with her and said we have been here before and this is what we’ve ordered and it’s been just fine. She developed an attitude and she said I will just put it in as a large.
My family chose to come to your restaurant instead of going somewhere else. I have never in my adult life been questioned on what I order by the wait staff and the waitress did it in front my sons. When I go into a place to eat and I order something on your menu, that’s what I want. I did not ask for a recommendation and maybe in her mind she was trying to be helpful, but as I told the waitress, we have been there before and this is what we’ve ordered and enjoyed it. We will not be returning to eat at your restaurant again. I want to go somewhere where I feel like a welcomed guest.

Same feel as back home with our pizza garden in manitowoc wisconsin. You know when you go to a pizza place that started in the 50s there is a great chance the pizza is great which is why we looked at and went to the pizza house. Plus you get a koozie with your beer! I love koozies and collect them!
