The manager that worked on the night of the December 1 was the rudest most unprofessional, miserable worker I’ve ever encountered. I spent a lot of money with Pizza Hut. Don’t know that I’ll ever use them again.

This is more so about the delivery service. It was quick enough and arrived on time, but picture my situation:
I don't live in town, and I'm in a house by myself in which every ten minutes or so I hear tires screeching on the road just outside. I don't feel safe. I want a good dinner-- some comfort food. I order Pizza Hut and in my delivery instructions, I ask for an oddly specific knock as to know exactly who I'm opening the door for.
This instruction was completely ignored.
Even the sillinest sounding requests can have a good reason behind them, and at least one delivery driver here doesn't understand that. Don't worry, I still tipped.

One of there drivers backed into my car at my apartment complex and wasn't even delivering to me, and they won't take responsibility for it and neither is he or his insurance won't pay for it either!!!!!

I came here one day got excellent service got a crafted pizza with all meat toppings and it was delicious. Came here today to get the same thing and told I could only add one meat. I said I was here two weeks ago and got what I wanted and was advised that I shouldn’t have. Not sure when pizza but decided you couldn’t put the toppings you want on a pizza but that’s terrible business decision. Won’t be back

Great staff. Tje delivery driver's seriously care about the customers and the cooks care about the quality of the food that comes out of their store. You can tell that the GM has really done a number at the store to turn it around for the better.

Was in town visiting friends and tried this Pizza Hut. Pizza was excellent and service was great. Would stop here again!
Manager working 7/27 at 6pm doesn't give any kind of customer service. Ordered through the app and asked for a pizza to be delivered at 745 because we were still out of town a ways. I get a text message saying that it will be delivered at 630. Called the store and the options were put it in the warmer for an hour to pick up (which I was told would over cook it), they deliver and leave on the porch for over an hour or cancel the order. Just cancelled. Honestly they could have marked it as delivered, made it fresh closer to time and delivered at 745 so their customer satisfaction times wouldn't be messed up and I would have been happy with that option.

Repeat service, the first time around was so amazing that I returned while in town. This time was not the same amazing experience. However it is located near son's college apartment. So will try 1 more time.
