UPDATE: Based on your response, you apparently didn't read my review completely because it stated that I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Not only this Pizza Hut, but any Pizza Hut.

This actually was a very good pizza and it’s probably the best pizza I’ve had in a long time and I eat Pizza Hut all over Springfield and I’ve been having bad luck, but this one was actually really good

Got a carry out order. The food wasn’t very hot. Seems like it had been sitting for awhile even though we picked up 3min after it said it was finished. Good deal on the pizza but could have been a lot hotter.

Wing Wednesday had me fuller than a bridesmaid on a wedding day food quality on point called to get wings. Well done and they were well done. Just the way I like them. Meat falling right off the bone when I eat it the way I want it to.

I was just trying to get pizza employees wonderful I only had to what 7 mins for wonderful pizza all was great until I used the bathroom it the sink started pouring out a yellow substance was it pee who knows but NOT GOOD!!!

Not sure when answering a phone call (which showed the caller ID from Illinoise) or not dictated if I got the food I paid for happend, but it's a really bad way to do things.
I called the store 20 minutes after it said it was suppose to be delivered, and requested money my back. They said ok. Never got it.
Filed a complaint on my order and the Genral Manager reached out apologized. I replied asking for confirmation that i will get my money back. Never heard back.
Reached out to customer service on getting my money back, they replied saying management will get in contact with me. Guess what.. ive heard nothing.
I've been waiting nearly 4 weeks for a refund. Every other pizza place in the area is out pizzaing the hut at this point.
