Not sure when answering a phone call (which showed the caller ID from Illinoise) or not dictated if I got the food I paid for happend, but it's a really bad way to do things.
I called the store 20 minutes after it said it was suppose to be delivered, and requested money my back. They said ok. Never got it.
Filed a complaint on my order and the Genral Manager reached out apologized. I replied asking for confirmation that i will get my money back. Never heard back.
Reached out to customer service on getting my money back, they replied saying management will get in contact with me. Guess what.. ive heard nothing.
I've been waiting nearly 4 weeks for a refund. Every other pizza place in the area is out pizzaing the hut at this point.

I get food here often as it's right next to my work. It's good, it's convenient and the people are generally pretty friendly. I always order through the app, then go through the drive thru to pick up. It's weird now that I'm being asked at the window if I want to leave a tip. The option for tipping was already provided in the app when I paid. Why are they asking for tips at the window? I don't like that. I will eat here less often for that very specific reason.

Waited at the drive up window a full 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. We paid extra for pan pizza but when I got home it was thin crust. There was literally 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce for a whole box of breadsticks. I'll never return.

The young lady at the register was very nice, and the food was hot, fresh, & tasty!
$42 down the drain. Worst pizza ever. Plus, when delivered it was in a pile in the box like it had been dropped and kicked across the parking lot. Unfortunately, this was not the first time with this store, but thankfully will be the last.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I contacted the business to report that we had received the wrong order, and rather than offering assistance, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The situation escalated, and I was ultimately hung up on without any resolution. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I hope they take steps to improve their customer service moving forward.
Worst service ever. Food was 30 minutes late (that's an hour and 40 minutes of waiting for a 30 to 45 minute estimate), and I am missing half my order. The manager's only offer was to refund the missing items. Ridiculous. What if I wanted the missing items instead?

Delivery is always way past when they say. Consistently wrong orders on the regular. Called the store and they are zero help. Chat through the app just circles you back to the store. Impossible to get your money back. If you’re near campus you’re way better off sticking with Dominos.
