I placed a large order today for our office and they filled the order with no issues! Everything was correct, it was done on time, and of course tastes great! I did not get the gentleman‘s name who helped me, but he was very kind, and he also helped me carry the order out to my vehicle. I appreciate you!

I've only ordered from this Pizza Hut Online, I've never actually been in the store. I will say that something has really changed. My husband and I used to love ordering from here. Just grab a couple of medium pizzas, (I'm a vegetarian, he is not) We both get what we want, and have leftovers as a little treat to ourselves! For a great price too! Suddenly, it's like they can't get our order right if their lives depended on it. BUT it almost seems as though it's being done on purpose. Such as asking for light sauce and it comes absolutely drowning in sauce. Okay don't ask for anything special! I usually order a cheese pizza, with green olives. They've put so many olives on it, the salt from the amount on this pizza made it inedible! Yes, I did remove some olives, but there also comes a point where your appetite is just ruined. I have a terminal heart and lung disease and already struggle with my appetite. Getting something like pizza is supposed to be a treat for me. I'm not trying to play up my sympathy card... okay... maybe a little bit! ( I gotta have one perk from dying!!) You never know who the customer is, and what they have happening in their lives. *Shrugs* A good thing to remember in every interaction. You can make or break someone's day with the smallest gesture or just one word. Stranger or friend.
I just think the employees of this Pizza Hut don't care to do their jobs correctly, and may feel they aren't paid enough to take it seriously. Maybe they're right? Idk. I suppose that includes management as well, because there seems to be ZERO quality control going on. I've worked in customer service too, I've worked in food service. It wasn't fun. Many customers are rude and can treat you pretty badly. I am NOT one of those customers. My orders are never anything above and beyond. I'm always friendly and polite when you arrive with my order. I give generous tips. Sometimes it's in cash, which is why it's not immediately viewable on your end. I don't think it's asking a lot to order a pizza as a treat, and have it arrive as I ordered it. I'm not even asking you to be nice when you drop it off. So order at your own risk I suppose. You might get what you ordered, you might not. If you're feeling lucky, roll the dice lol!
I have a word of advice for these employees, if your job makes you that unhappy that you can't even make yourself care enough to do it correctly, find the job that does. Really. If it doesn't make you happy, change it! If you aren't happy, change!

I do Uber eats and I couldn't have worse experiences picking up here. Firstly, they have the guy that's putting stickers on the boxes and he is the worst to deal with, I asked him if he could please make me change for a 20 and he refused because he was too busy to open the register for 5 seconds. The assistant manager chick is weird, seemed nice but I saw right before pick up that she's a weirdo and a liar. I never complained about the guy I just went on with my life because it's not a big deal so the incident today had nothing to do with the no change incident.

I ordered food through the app. I signed into my account I always use. Ordered food , 45 min later I got a message saying order canceled. I called the pizza hut I ordered through and they were very rude both the employee and the manager saying I used a wrong phone number but its the same on that's always on my profile . They told me I would have to re order to get my food. I asked if they would give a discount since iv waited 45 minutes for nothing . They said No. Then said I'd have to wait another 45 minutes for my next order . I waited . I got my food and its completely cold and the pasta was cold in the middle , like they didnt cook it all the way through . So now I have to wait ANOTHER 45 min for my oven to warm up and to get my food properly cooked . This is the last time I order from the campbell location! So disappointed in everything. Money waisted.

This manager is way out of line with customer service. He said he is the general manager. He had no name tag so I'm not sure if he's actually the manager. We deliver for door dash and it's our job to represent our customer. We asked how long until our order would be done and he lost it and said if we didn't want the order we didnt have to take it and asked us to leave just for asking how long was left on the pizza... crazy... we have a video if you'd like us to share it with you. He said he'd get someone else to take it but continued ignoring us instead of resolving the situation. I had to call door dash myself. He never attempted to call them. So, the customers food is still sitting there when all he had to do was his job. He is definitely someone who doesn't need to be dealing with customers if he can't answer a simple question without getting offended.

Spent almost 50 dollars on the big dinner box I do this once a week or so, Italian sausage tasted spoiled,I called just to let them know and instead of an apology or attempt to rectify the situation,the manager tells me I'm wrong because their food is date marked. I work in the restaurant industry and let me just say this place gets a big fat F in customer service. This sausage pizza is cold in the middle and the sausage tastes like rotten meat. Someone needs to fire the 2nd shift manager 💯 Time to share to social media that this establishment thinks they are right over a damn good paying customer

I received the wrong order last night and when I called the store to resolve it, the employee was rude and dismissive. Since the delivery was through DoorDash and I didn’t want to impact the driver, I accepted the incorrect order. However, it was nowhere near what I actually ordered. Due to this poor service and lack of support, I will no longer be ordering from here.

Ordered a white pie tonight. White sauce, pie cut. It was neither. Red sauce and regular cut? When both were ordered opposite? It's almost like it was done intentionally just to thumb their nose at whoever ordered it....

This is a very small walk-in/ delivery location in the back corner of an L shaped strip mall, which was hard to find. I am sure locals have no problem knowing where it is. The clerk was very pleasant and the pizza was perfect.
