I'm a Pizza Hut fan. Ordered online
And decide to try the glazed onions instead of the normal. Something was way off. Didn't taste like a pizza hut pizza at all. I immediately filled out the Emil survey. And been over a week. And no replacement. Just the run around that I waited to Long. Hummm. I was filling. Complaint while the nasty pizza was on my table.

Ordered a 1 topping pizza online and completely forgot to add my topping. (Totally on me, I get that.)

Customer service was crap. I offered to buy the topping on the side, even though I already paid for a 1-topping pizza without the topping. Apparently there's no way to do it and the manager wanted me to pay for a whole new pizza.

I totally understand that I totally goofed, but it's the same price with or without my topping, I just wanted to add the pepperoni. I dont understand why I couldn't just pay for pepperoni?

On top of that, the food was sub par, removing the fact that it had no toppings. Chicken for the wings were old. I just super hard regret eating out, I wish I didn't waste all my money.

The food is okay, but I rarely order delivery from here because $5 for delivery is ridiculous when other places offer it free or on UberEats for $0.99. I don’t see how they justify $5.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I contacted the business to report that we had received the wrong order, and rather than offering assistance, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The situation escalated, and I was ultimately hung up on without any resolution. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I hope they take steps to improve their customer service moving forward.

When we got to the restaurant, we didn't know that they no longer had in store seating. They were doing delivery or pickup only. So we went to another pizza place that did have in store seating

We went to pick up our order looks like the girl at the front counter was having some issues with her computer we paid and waited for our pizza. There were serval people started to come in. The driver with all the face tattoos, came storming in and said wow you could have door dash. I do think that is disrespectful. And not everyone can afford door dash!

EDIT AS OF THIS MORNING: I’m only changing this because the manager Tommy, that I spoke to this morning was much nicer and more helpful. He made sure my order was refunded and apologized many times for what happened last night. I will probably never order from this one again but I appreciate the help he gave me.

Ordered a pizza at 807 pm, called around 845 to see where it was at, the person I spoke to said they were turning down my street and should be there soon, another 25 minutes passes and nothing. I called the store back and asked about it, they said it was delivered. Definitely was not. I asked for a refund and asked why the driver wouldn’t 1. Knock and deliver it or 2. Confirm the address and not deliver it if he was not at the right address. I provided my number to call if needed. The manager I spoke to was decent because it’s not his fault his driver is incompetent. But I barely received an apology and it seems to be a reoccurring problem at this place. I’ve seen other reviews that state people didn’t get their refund back but I’ll make damn sure of it. Implement better communication practices and training for the drivers, it’s really not difficult to do. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it, do better.

Ordered delivery last week unfortunately driver could not locate my address although I order weekly from them. I had to call a week later since they never refunded my money just for the manager to say the “door dash” driver must have taken the food and didn’t let the store know so a refund was never generated. What a rip? Today tried ordering buy using a “coupon” on their site and it rung up $2 more, called the store and was informed their coupons are never accurate, what a bait and switch.

Summary: 3 hours later and no pizza when I ordered a single 1-topping pizza. Pure incompetence.Ordered a thin crust pizza with double olives. 2 hours later, still don't have my pizza. I put in for text updates too and it shows it was supposed to be delivered around 6:21 pm. I go outside to check for it and there is a pizza, but it isn't what I ordered and it's ice cold. Tracker still shows not delivered. I call them. They didn't answer so took several attempts. Guy doesn't apologize and just says he will send another pizza in 30 minutes. They're of course keeping fhe tip and delivery fee they charged and not refunding a dime. So maybe 2.5 hours (probably more like 3) after I ordered it will I actually get my pizza, if i get my pizza at all. MAYBE. It's a Wednesday in May and there's nothing at all special going on today to be creating such a delay. I have ordered from Pizza Hut locations throughout my life. Hands down the worst service I have ever had. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.**UPDATE** it is now 8:30 pm and I ordered the pizza at 5:41 pm. They claimed to have sent a new pizza an hour ago. Manager said it was delivered. I have a security camera. It was never delivered. He offers to send a third pizza after checking because he wasn't sure he actually sent the second. I asked for a refund because I don't want to wait 4 hours for a pizza. He said he has to wait for the driver to get back to cash it out for some reason (I ordered online through their website). I am going to have to check my credit card in the next few days because I do not have any faith in them returning the funds. I am not someone that throws a fit over these things but this is ridiculous. The saddest part is this Pizza Hut apparently doesn't have dine-in and they're still managing to screw up getting pizzas to people even with the reduced workload.3 hours later and no pizza when I ordered a single 1-topping pizza. Pure incompetence.

What good is having a website to place an order ahead of time if it's not even going to show up on the order screen?! I placed an online order while I was at work, so I could just walk in, pick it up, and walk out WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT, and it wasn't even ready and no one was aware of my order by the time I got there ? I STILL had to wait! I might as well have just placed the order when I arrived. It would have gotten done in the same amount of time ?For real people, update your freaking system!!

My sister placed an order by phone for me to pick up. Instead of giving us the current promotional price for any large pizza, any toppings etc for $12, we were charged $19.99 for a supreme and $15.99 for a pepperoni. We also got ten wings. I ended up paying over fifty bucks for an order that should have been about thirty five. The guy at the register hustled me. Fool me once, you lose my business forever.

I do not recommend i dunno what has happened since a month ago but omg this was a waste of money.. The pizza was COVERED in soaking Grease the cheese was not melting it was all around gross. No flavor And the meat didn’t let me get started.. I wouldnt even feed it to my dogs.. main point here is the food is not worth your money i wished someone would’ve told me about this mess.. And i was a loyal customer for YEARS!!
