A supposed manager Michael hung up on me after giving me horrible service and horrible food. My “wings “ didn’t even have hardly any sauce on them. When I called to address it. He hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate, and filing a complaint. Well take our business some where else. He served us the wings that were in the warmer, when we arrived.

I ordered a Tavern Style Margherita pizza off Uber eats and it was missing pesto when I got it, I called this store and they offered a replacement. When I got there, they were so nice, the correct pizza was hot & fresh & perfect. They were so sweet and the pizza was delicious, ill definitely be back

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Waited for delivery for over an hour on an order that was promised as 20-30 min ETA in the app. Food finally came and was barely warm and soggy. I attempted to call the store and girl that answered was extremely rude and hung up on me. Worst customer service ever. Will definitely not be ordering here again.

Literally the worst experience of my life I was trying to get delivery and the different stores kept telling me they couldn't deliver to my address I literally live two miles from this store then they would transfer my call to another store and they said chestnut was the right store I tried to get pizza for an hour by that point I was shaking I was so mad. Don't waste ur time if I could leave 0 for stars I would

They never seem to get it right. The guy on the cash register handled money then we watched him go back and make our pizza ? with his bare hands then he wiped his hand on his shirt and was back on the register never washed his hands the whole time we where there we took our pizza and left. Went to popa John's bought a pizza took the loss on the pizza hut one so yea eat there at your own risk
I just spent 27 minutes on the phone with one of the employees, going through all their prices and he helped me choose the right deal for me, I verified prices like 6 times, everything was great, until I called the pay for them.... he not only messed up my order, but he gave me completely the wrong price on all of it, then the actual shift manager was rude, condescending, and very nasty towards me, it is unbelievable how a big chain restaurant can hire people like this. FYI, they uncharge if you order wings, they uncharge if you order stuff crust, they upcharge if you order over the phone, and they don't tell you anything. Very disappointed in this restaurant.
