What a waste of time. Just like the old pizza huts, everything tastes like it was saved from the 90's. Absolutely pathetic response from a manager. Save yourself a headache and just stop at a Casey's

Food is decent if you even get it. I ordered a pizza at 9pm said it would be delivered at 9:30 Well 9:50 rolls around and it says it's delivered when I never got it. I call up there and they said it was a glitch. So I wait until 10:15 and decide to drive up to the store, the lady at the counter argues with me saying the driver left it at the front door. If I got the food I wouldn't have drove up here... The point of getting pizza delivered and pay the extra fee is so I don't have to do that.. Regardless she refused to refund my money or give me food so I left. Guess it's Hardee's for dinner. (This is the 2nd time this year that this has happened, should have learned the first time).

Sat on the phone waiting for 10 minutes for an answer and then when they finally answered the person on the other line was so quiet I asked them to speak up and they hung up on me won’t be ordering there ever again

HORRIBLE customer service
Ordered food to my work and never got the food or when I called to get a refund they said I had to call doordashs even though I ordered my food threw the pizza hut website and then I called DoorDash for my refund and waited 3 to 5 business days and never got my money because I ordered on the pizzahut website and then when I called Pizza Hut they said it’s been to long and I still can’t get my refund back I didn’t even get store credit or anything! Love pizza huts food but wouldn’t ever order from this Pizza Hut again

No communication from the store to the customer about missing items from the order and missing toppings in 1 of the pizzas on the order
Some of the staff are a bit unprofessional, but I will admit they may great food. The new $7 meal is really good. $7 for a personal pizza and 8 wings is a very good price. The new toppings are also quite good and I really like their crust/sauce more than dominos.

We ordered a large tavern (create your own) by the time it got to us it was cold. I noted in the notes pizza cut in slices instead it was in squares. The wings and breadsticks were the only items besides the 2L Dr Pepper that was cold. I called and was told the pizza would be remade give it bout 30 mins. I called at 818 it’s now 9:41pm we still do not have our remake even if it’s on its way it’ll be another cold pizza. Never ordering here again. Oh, I also put in notes not to knock on door to text the delivery guy didn’t read the notes still knocked. When I called at 9:09 pm and 930 it goes to the call center (Tennessee) should note I am on hold as we speak. As soon as the representative from the call center returned back on the line 10-15 mins later I was told my pizza remake would be on its way it was 950pm I waited until close to 1030pm waiting for my remake for 2 hours so when I called back at 10:30pm I told the lady how long we’ve been waiting for our remake and that it’s just ridiculous to wait 2 hours for a remake and keep getting told the driver is on its way when it shouldn’t take 2 hours to deliver food that’s 5-7 minute drive. The lady did say she would refund my money and that there would be a credit to my account from this location. I can understand places get swapped but the wait was way to long if they couldn’t remake something and have it out within 30-45 minutes at least call the customer back and inform them so they wouldn’t be waiting for 2 hours
update: Called in and explained the situation And the guy couldn't find my credit but the manager got on the phone and I got my food Replaced! Nice good guy. thank you very much
Closed early last night. I ordered online, came to pick up my pizza and the door was locked. I called there was no answer until a call center answered. They said I got a store credit that I can Use on the south side of town. Just to call the same number again when ready. So I called and I got that store not a call center. They did not know how I can get my pizza on the other side of town. They gave me a customer service number I called them they put in an incident report which means I cannot have my pizza right now for lunch either. Eventually they tell me just to call a south side store directly and my credit should be under my phone number. I called they don't even have a name under my phone number!

Awful no answer the next day after the issues support was unhelpful because “I have to talk to the store directly” DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER
Gave a one would do -15 this is the 2nd time ordering from this location this time missing pizza..called to get fixed and they expect me to pay again. Service is horrible. Can't even get delivered right or with pizza hutt have to have door dashes. Just hirable experience all togeather
