Pizza hut in st James MN WAY BETTER. This cheap on the meat, meat had little flavor. Ordered what we always have. Meatlovers,thin crust , med sauce, cooked till crust is crisp. Delivered to motel room earlier than said. No plates, Napkins cheese or peppers.

My family and I ordered Pizza Hut thru the app..we ended up having a door dasher person delivering our order..the driver himself was very suspicious.. he ended up getting orders messed up and kinda screwed over the workers and messed them all up..got the wrong food.. called Pizza Hut and they immediately apologized and told me about how the dasher was acting and they promptly fixed the issue and had our right food to our door not even 30 minutes later… we really appreciate the workers last night (3-26) y’all are awesome!

My handicapped nephew ordered a large thin crust pineapple ham and jalapeno large pizza a 2liter of cherry pepsi a 20oz of cherry pepsi cinnamon.stix.with icing I order of bacon ranch cheddar cheese stix..he accidentally put pick up so I called them and they was very rude it was a female.that answered and I thought I had the wrong number because she answered HELLO not pizza hut she was very rude I asked to talk to a manager he got on the phone he act like he i was bothering him I explained to him what happened and he told me to call the help hotline and as he was hanging up he said looks like we have some free food ...how dare them

Ordered some food, then the driver called me told me it was impossible to deliver my food that I would just have to accept a refund. I them called the store a girl answered, I kindly told her my issue and she said she is not sure ifi can get a refund and said she uncomfortable with me on the phoneIt's been 2 weeks waiting on my refund had to find a male to speak to. The didn't deliver my order said that it was fake name and address and even when I tried to give them step by step directions they said that I was making it up and I would not be allowed to order from them again I had to call corporate!!!
