First time visiting. Greeted by Staff that was friendly and helpful. Immediately invited to ask them for any type of pizza I wanted. Did so and they gave me a pager that buzzed when it was ready. Worked perfectly and within 15 minutes. Atmosphere was clean and inviting. Food was plentiful and they had many different selections to choose from. Appreciated the military discount. Will definitely come back.

The food was unbelievably delicious. Every bite danced off your tongue. Nonie was so helpful and pleasant . The experience was tantalizing. If in Springfield you must eat here. Otherwise you haven't experienced Springfield at its best.
I called in and stated that my online order was not delivered yet. The sweet lady (I wished I got her name) answered and seemed sincerely sad that technology had been giving them issues. I did not get the pinpoint of the issue as all I wanted was my pizza. And she did not elaborate thankfully and just gave a concise & efficient answer. She told me that she would fix it right up and personally deliver it to me. She followed thru! Again, she was genuinely sorry about the wait. She commented something about the manager being aware of the situation, and she gave me a free cactus pizza with a coupon. I think that they have the best Texan Taco Pizza. I know that they are a chain restaurant and some prefer the mom and pops restaurants; I have personally been there and it feels different from a chain restaurant. It is not so up tight atmosphere. I really hope that they stay in business! It is one of my favorite restaurants. I forgot to mention that when I called in, she thanked me at the end for calling in about it. I am used to the line thank you for calling... but to end the call with thank you - that was great customer service!

They had a guard on the chicken wings. Salad no tomatoes. Waiting on food yo be cooked 11:45 am just not good all the way around.

EDIT: I do not live in Springfield or I would get delivery... that is why I did a mobile order so I could get my food and leave... my mom wanted to get a salad to go, I did not think sitting on a bench for a minute would be a problem...
It's okay pizza... works for kids and large families trying to save money... not a fan of the attitude of some of the workers though. Went in yesterday, got a speciality pizza i ordered through the app, and I have a card where I get a free speciality pizza every month.... I got my pizza and sit down on the bench and was talking to my son while waiting on my mom to get her order. Next thing I know I have a worker telling me I need to pay for the pizza, that I didn't pay.... the worker who took my order came out to correct it, I guess he put something wrong somewhere... I don't know.. but that really upset me the way she spoke to me, her tone, like I was a piece of trash trying to take off without paying for my pizza. She apologized, but that was really embarrassing for me and having people stare at me didn't help... and I had a previous problem where last time I was there and did dine-in I asked for a pizza that didn't show up on the buffet until I was leaving... but the chick and her tone telling me I didn't pay for my order and I needed to pay was the last straw for me... I am disabled, I don't like people staring at me or putting me down...

Kind and helpful people, great crispy fried chicken 🍗 . Place can get messy cuz some parent dont parent well. Especially on free kids night. I still like the place even though I am old and grumpy
