Did a mobile order and paid an extra $7 for a large side I didn’t even receive, no one will answer the phone, almost every time I come here my food is wrong or I don’t get something.

Do not use the app. I placed an order and then was in a car accident making me unable to pick up the food. I called the store to let them know. I was promised a refund. It has been several days and I have not recieved a refund.

Avoid the app and this store. You can spend $14 and then not get your food or a refund.

The mac and cheese smelled werid and the chicken tenders were so thin had like no actual chicken mostly breading this is stupid for 14 buck foe 5 pieces of chicken and 2 side that we so small and basic un edible and they said they had no mash potato's 2 hours before close

I love Popeyes but for the last too times it has been bad. I ordered once from thier app got there at the time i was supposed to they didn't have my order so I had to wait and the chicken was terrible

I tried to pick up a $29.05 Uber order thru the drive-thru since the hours say they're open til 1am. I get there at 12:10 am, only to find it completely closed, and no one there. So, because they lied about their hours, I missed out on making money from that order. They should really fix that if they don't plan on being open that late.
