Very very slow service. 20 minutes in line at the drive thru. Terrible service

Pulled pulled up 12/5/25 ordered around 400pm. She and the man walking out the back at the time didn't care. I ordered, got my order, had to back up to turn around to exit cause other people was waiting. Got home to find out I got black nasty dark color fries and extra small size chicken pieces 🙃. And my fries was half in the box and half in the bag. Not good.

If I could I would give zero star customer service really sucks here and you cannot use corporation coupons.

Would not recommend this Popeye’s location. It seems to be poorly managed as my husband and I waited for 30 minutes for our order, and when he went to check on it they made it wrong in front of him twice despite clear directions on what to make. We were not the only ones waiting for a long time in the parking lot.

It's honestly sad that the food has to be good because the service is absolutely terrible. Maybe the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. They close the store early or miss items in the order constantly

Was pushed up and waited for 2 cars before I decided it was too long to wait for chicken and rice. So I went in and they didn’t even remember. Manager stepped in and said give him a refund. So she didn’t even know about the order just I guess didn’t like me because I am Hispanic. I just said really twice and lost my meal by a racist manager. I was clearly in the right to be upset and all I really said was really after hearing that I was getting no food and a refund. Bad customer service. Not wondering anymore why they don’t get business there.

My gosh. I hadnt had Popeyes fried chicken in forever. That was great. Mind U 8 pieces one side 4 biscuits. O and the smallest order chicken stripes. COST. $40 WHAT WON'T DO THAT AGAIN. GOT home NO strips. Still can't believe the price

Went here with my husband for lunch and let me start off with our stomach hurt later on and followed into the next day. Food was soaked in grease. Ordered red beans and rice and got fries. (They changed it but still) wouldn’t recommend going here for this experience again ,when it was very painful and not enjoyable.

We absolutely love coming to this location. We never have a bad experience when we come here. Food is always delicious and service is always amazing. We really enjoy going when Sasha and Justice are there. They are a couple of the hardest and sweetest workers I have met in this store so I know for a fact if we see them our order is going to be 100% accurate and we are going to receive great service :)
