I went through the drive thru on 12-9-26 and mistakenly order wrong. I pulled back through and JD took my order again with no issues. He was very professional and understanding. I always have a great experience with this store. Keep up the amazing work.

I was at the store around 9:30 PM on Friday, December 5, 2025. The lady who was manager was very helpful and kind and wNt above and beyond to help customers, speaking kindly to each one. I told her she was doing a great job. Also, her helper, Sam, was doing a very efficient job as well. I will definitely go there again.

Always great, always fresh ! I see the reviews and do not agree with the negative comments at all. Always fast and courteous service. This is my go to location for me and my family. The food has always been fantastic. My favorite is always the red beans and rice. Yum!

Spicy chicken had hardly any spice to it and it had been fried too long. I ordered the three-piece chicken and I got the thigh which had hardly any meat on it. My wife ordered two piece chicken and she got more chicken than I got. hers wasn’t too taste either.

My girlfriend tried to order food through their website around 9:30pm on Monday night (2/17/25) to pickup food for her sister-in-law that had just gotten home from the hospital after giving birth to my girlfriend's nephew. She went to go pick up the order and as she got to the drive-thru intercom, the lady said they were closed (they don't close until midnight). There were employees STILL in the store and the order was "ready for pickup." The lady turned off the lights and stood at the drive-thru window staring at us! We tried calling the store several times and after the second phone call, the employee literally unplugged the phone instead of just answering and refunding our money!
The next day we went up there and explained the situation to the manager. The manager said, "I apologize, we closed early due to the weather." Which is understandable because we got a bunch of snow. We asked if we could get a refund and the manager said, "our orders are done through a 3rd party so we can't issue refunds in store." which is not true at all! So my girlfriend filed a dispute with Cashapp. Cashapp contacted them and they said they gave us our order which they didn't!
The employee that was there when she said the store was closed was there when we went up to talk to management and left as soon as she saw us and said we wanted to talk to the manager. She drives a red sedan car.
DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE THEIVES AND THE MANAGER IS A LIAR!!!
That food was for my girlfriend's sister-in-law that had literally just gotten home from the hospital after giving birth to her nephew! YOU STOLE FROM A LADY THAT HAD JUST SPENT THE DAY GIVING BIRTH TO A CHILD AND HADNT EATEN ALL DAY! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!

My husband and I went in to the store and waited five minutes before the associate came to take our order. The store was freezing like a walk in cooler. The employees were wearing coats because it was so cold. I ordered 3pc tenders and was given 7 in total and they were totally cold. My husband ordered white chicken 2 piece and he was told that he could have 2 breasts or wait 15 minutes for other chicken.
He could not eat the red beans and rice.
He did not think they were fresh.
We left without eating our meal and did not want to get a refund. The state of the store is deplorable. It's very dirty and there are Halloween decorations and fall menu signs still outside the store.
Someone needs to do something or the store is going to get shuttered.

How can you have 3 employees looking at me try to open the door to your locked lobby at 3:30pm on a Friday the is pure laziness as a restaurant manager myself for guys dropped the ball hard what a disappointment

This location really sucks. The food is average but the service is terrible. I've come here to eat twice and there's been some sort of excuse each time. Once was their card machine being down, which happens, but today I went for lunch and it was a 10 minute wait for the chicken sandwich! You didn't start any close to noon to get ready for the rush?
I've also picked up here for DoorDash and had to wait about 4 minutes for someone to even help me and then another 5 for the food to be ready. The employee boxing up the orders was wearing street clothes, including fuzzy calf high boots, threw her food prep gloves on the floor, and was on her phone with one hand while boxing up the food with the other. In plain sight of the lobby! There were also dirty trays on the counter that no one seemed to mind.
The food is better at the other location on Campbell Ave so just drive a little further and go there. Management: I know it's hard to find good employees but this is laughable.

Got there at 4:09 got food at 4:58 was not even fresh after all that time manager walked around on her phone the whole time. Person was new so he was confused she wasn’t helping him . She took the girl from register to go to back to cook said it would be 45 min for Mac and cheese after I had waited 59 min already who ever owns this store is totally loosing money and customers

It is Feb 1 it's absolutely FREEZING in here!
It took thrm forever to get our food and it definitely doesn't taste as good as it used to.the gravy is watery. The coleslaw tastes like sugar. The biscuits are small and not the softest but kind good.
The people were nice
