My husband and I decided to try ordering some food through the drive thru from this place in which we have never ordered from here before. Never again. The crispy chicken we ordered was soggy. The mashed potatoes were not very tasty. The biscuits were hard as a rock and I couldn't hardly even bite into them. The people forgot part of our meal...the Mac and cheese and we had to have them give it to us the second time around in the drive thru. One of the peoples working there had a sucker hanging out of their mouth while working back there and I didn't see anyone with gloves that handled our food. The only thing I can say is they were nice and polite and the cheese cake was super good . But overall they need to really change some things there. Thanks for the friendly customer service though!! That's always a plus in my book.

I’ve been to this Popeye’s twice now, and both times, the employees have gone out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. The food was good, but my parents and I were so impressed with the employees good natures and willingness to please. I wish I’d gotten their names so they could have a proper shoutout, but I can’t stress enough how they went above and beyond for us.

One star cause can't give zero. WOW!!!!! Where do I start. Placed order cashier was quiet and zoned out on something. Got the food fairly quick, I got the shrimp basket with fries and a biscuit. The shrimp was bland and some pieces overcooked. The creole marinara sauce they gave me helped but not by much. The biscuit, one side was dry, the other side was soft, but overall tasteless( honey that I added made it edible at best). My girlfriend had the chicken nuggets with Mac and cheese and a biscuit. She said the chicken was terrible ( by the way she loves her chicken so she would know). She had me try the chicken and it took was bland. She now I am afraid to try the Mac and cheese. I said " well I guess I will", and I did. It stirred up nice and was soft. When I first tried it the Mac and cheese was creamy and had a good taste, however after a few seconds a aftertaste occurred that was unbearable. So please for your own sanity avoid this place like the plague.

Pretty sure it was a manager taking my order through the drive through and she didn’t wanna give me any time to even talk. She gave me a price 2 times before I actually finished ordering because she wouldn’t even let me get the next word out. Super rude
Not only do they take forever but now charging for sauces! (Unless you get strips!? I laughed when they told me this.) As if things aren't pricey enough and now this! Things are getting out of control, so tired of it! We should all stop eating at these places and then they'll change their ways.
