They have the best guacamole. Super fresh and tasty. Both dinners were excellent and portions were nice. DeAnna was our server and was great! This was our 1st time going here but will be back due to the excellent service and food!

I asked the waitress if there where Mexicans back there cooking and she said no. Lol The worse rice I've ever tried. Actually everything was terrible. Sry just being honest.

I have never in my life had an experience like I just had with the manager on the phone. I ordered doordash. The driver showed up to pick up the order and the manager told him someone else already picked up the order. Whoever picked up the order did not pick it up for me and I received no food. I called to speak with him about a very clear mistake that was made and to let him know not only on my end did it not show as picked up, it showed the dasher was still there waiting. He refused to make the food and send it with the dasher that was there waiting. I myself am a GM of a restaurant I can NEVER imagine arguing with a guest the way he argued with me. The dasher was there to see it and couldn't believe it. Your management and people skills are absolutely horrible!

I have never had a bad meal at Primas, with having tried several different meals.The service has been mostly great, no bad experiences but there has been a couple of time where I have walked out underwealmed.And last the atmosphere. I think Primas has a good blend of staying true to Hispanic culture without being over the top, as I have experienced in similar style restaurants.

The atmosphere of this restaurant was great. Wife and I tried this when we first moved here about 4-5 months ago. We ordered the shrimp and steak fajitas to share because my wife eats about 5 bites and she is full. Our waitress brought out chicken fajitas instead. Upon asking her she said I’m so sorry, and that was the end of it. She didn’t offer to replace or discount our meal at all. Also the fajitas were 90% vegetables. What had happened is she was too busy flirting with the bikers behind us to actually write our order down. We won’t go back.

Food had No flavor. The cheese dip got hard 3 minutes after it got to the table. Waitress said she couldn't do anything about it because they had no microwave.... So we couldn't eat the cheese dip. The manager even said my food wasn't cooked right. The sweet tea was weak and BARELY sweetened. The restaurant was COLD. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. Our experience was terrible. I spoke with 5 other people who had similar experiences as we did.
